The open floor plan maximizes its space and views boasting a granite kitchen with sizable island, in unit laundry and a convenient half bath on the main level. Upstairs offers a bird's eye view of paradise from the master bedroom complete with a private balcony and ensuite bath.  Another spacious bedroom and bath can be found on this level.  There is designated covered parking for 2 vehicles.  Although there is no cable TV, the home is equipped with smart TVs throughout. You will need to use your own streaming services.



**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CONDO ASSOCIATION REQUIRES THAT ALL BBQ-ING MUST BE DONE AT LEAST 10ft AWAY FROM THE BUILDING. In other words, please do not grill underneath the carport area under no circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.***



Also, note that if you plan to travel with a boat, dockage is first come, first serve. We can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size (30ft.) and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay.
