There's so much to love about this 3 bedrooms, 2 bath half-duplex! Enjoy the magic of a Keys sunset right from your screened porch. Park your boat in the 30’ dock with ocean access just around the corner. Take a short walk to the Cabana Club with pool and beach access down the street. The master bedroom has a king bed with a master bath that includes a separate shower and jetted bathtub, double sinks, and a walk-in closet. The guest rooms have a queen and two full beds, respectively. The house is well-equipped with three Smart TVs, WIFI, and cable. The outdoor area includes a fish cleaning station, bait freezer, BBQ, picnic table, and more. Walking distance from all that KCB has to offer - parks, restaurants, golf, etc. Key Colony Beach is located in the heart of the Florida Keys, close to Marathon airport. It is about 50 miles driving distance to Key West and about an hour and a half from Miami-Dade. It is the perfect vacation area and one of the best-kept secrets in the Florida Keys! You’ll have direct access to the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful coral reefs nearby, excellent fishing, and diving locations.

Great stay

We brought our boat down and the location was great for the water and by land. We road bikes to 4 different restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

We loved how well equipped the house was, it's great location on the canal (we caught many fish and saw a nurse shark and 2 manitees!), the Cabana Club with pool. It was a wonderful place to spend the week! Highly recommended

Great Key Colony Vacation Rental

Great vacation rental! Roomy house, located on the canal within walking distance of the Cabana Beach Club. Host provides a clean, well-stocked house to suit all your needs. The house is very comfortable and in a perfect location, that doesn't require a long drive to get a good meal or venture out for an outing. I'll definitely stay here again, if God-willing I make it to the Florida Keys for another vacation.

Comfortable, clean and conveniently located in beautiful Key Colony Beach

This year my husband and I were fortunate enough to visit KCB for two full weeks. We decided to get a house instead of the condo we rented in previous years. This property was perfect for our stay. The house was roomy, well-stocked and clean. The location was perfect, on the canal with a nice sized screened-in porch that was perfect for sitting in the mornings, evening or anytime really. (An upgrade on the porch seating would be a significant improvement, but still nice all the same.) The rental included passes for The Cabana Club, a private beach resort within walking distance of the house. We spent many afternoons here enjoying the beach and pool. The staff was great and there’s a bar and great food. No outside food or drink, but they provide ice water. I could go on and on about all the things I love about staying in Key Colony Beach. I’ll definitely rent this property again, hopefully next year 💙

Both times I have stated what our trip was consisting of and they have picked a place to meet that every need. This unit accommodations was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We were on a canal that met our boat needs and kayaking. The golf course was just around the corner and is perfect Island golfing.The boutiques provide wonderful shopping and we were located perfectly between Key West and Islamorada everything you need for a perfect vacation.

It was so well appointed with comfy beds, lots of extra blankets and towels and cozy beach decor. The air conditioning worked wonderfully and the kitchen was easy to cook in. The porch and outdoor space on the canal was so relaxing and we enjoyed just sitting outside and listening to the wind rustling through the palm trees. Overall the unit was so well maintained it made for a fabulous stay. My only complaint was the tv situation. I would suggest to the owners to invest in basic cable as the Roku tv viewing was inconvenient and hard to navigate. We hope to stay in this unit again next year!!

Perfect Key Coloney Thanksgiving

Super cute, super location, super clean. The cottage had all that we needed and more. than expected. Great dishes, pots & pans, glassware, supplies, towels, dish soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, etc. I have my own VRBO in GA and know what a 5 star should be and this one is. Can't wait to rent here again.
