This is our 2nd time staying at this property. We love the canal and ability to fish while we are here. Abundance of snapper! Love to walk in Key Colony. Katie is the best!

Our stay at Colony Beach was amazing! The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. One of the highlights was the deck — perfect for fishing and enjoying the beautiful views. It felt so peaceful to just sit outside and spend time by the water.The host was also wonderful, very friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. We felt welcomed and taken care of from start to finish.Overall, it was the perfect getaway, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this place for vacation.

We enjoyed our stay, the house had everything we needed, was clean, and in a good location. Parking for the truck and trailer were challenging and we didn’t realize it was a duplex but other than that, everything was great.

Great stay at key colony beach!

Our stay was awesome! The home is very comfortable and the kitchen is very equipped. The beds were lovely and we all slept very well. The location is great. The dock was fun to fish off of. We all enjoyed the Cabana club. It was perfect for enjoying the pool and the private beach. Highly recommend !

Convenient and Quiet

We enjoyed our stay and communication with the property manager was great. Beds were comfortable and master bath was nice. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, cooking utensils, etc. Very quiet given properties being so close together. Screened porch overlooking the canal was nice as well. We were happy that the Cabana Club was included (the pool, beach and cafe) and Sunset Park just down the road has a band on Sunday and beautiful park to watch the sun set nightly. Are only complaint was the futon/couch in living room was very uncomfortable and watching tv in master was pretty uncomfortable with the tv on the side wall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful property

Home was immaculately clean and well cared for with cute decor, a well stocked kitchen, new appliances, very comfortable bed, plenty of towels and excellent smart TVs. We loved enjoying morning coffee and evening cocktails on the screened porch without worrying about mosquitoes. Air conditioning and ceiling fans were comfortable. Also enjoyed the nice gas BBQ and available beach chairs/umbrellas. Host agent was very helpful and responsive to questions. Loved the open waterfront views where we could watch pelicans and boats. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Beautiful house

We had a great time in Marathon. The house was perfect for our family of 3. Having a boat dock waa great. We fished off of it at night and caught some nice fish. Everything about the house was perfect and clean.

Salt Life

Salt Life was exactly as advertised - extremely clean, great location, beautiful view and close to lots of activities. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking, running or biking. We had a great time and would definitely rent it again.

Perfect Condo in the Keys with Great Amenities 🌅

My family and I loved our stay here! Perfect location in the Keys, with everything you need close by, but honestly you don’t even need to leave the area to have a great vacation. The backyard was amazing! My 14 year old woke up early, every day we were there, to fish off the dock. We also rented kayaks, a boat, and bicycles. The Cabana Club was so much fun for my kids and it is located right on the beach! What a perk to have included with the rental. Sunset Park is within walking distance/bicycle ride, and many people gather every night to watch the sunset. Beautiful ☀️ The Key Colony Inn (restaurant) is also in walking distance. The condo was clean, very spacious for my family of 4, has a huge refrigerator, and perfect Florida room to eat breakfast, have coffee, or eat lunch or dinner. The grocery store is close by for when you want a home cooked meal. I highly recommend staying here. If we ever go back to Key Colony Beach, we will definitely stay here again. What a great time! Thank you 😊

Summer Break!

This home seems to be very recently renovated. We have stayed in over 20 VRBO’s, and this is the cleanest and most well decorated and equipped. Perfect for 3 or 4 people. Great morning view. Convenient to everything!

Best of all worlds!

The house was absolutely perfect for me and my husband, as well as our best friends. We are all in our 60's and really appreciated the screened-in patio. With temperatures in the 90's every day (we were there for two weeks) we also loved the central air conditioning! Communication with the property manager was spot-on. We had two minor issues that were dealt with within an hour of reporting them! Great experience. We got to see two manatees, lots of pelicans and even caught a nurse shark off the dock. Comfy queen size beds in the two bedrooms and separate bathrooms for the two couples was perfect. Thanks again! Teri

2023 Keyes Vacation

We were disappointed in the property. The kitchen area was tight we had to take turns going in the area, The sitting area furniture was uncomfortable. The guest bedroom had no place to put there luggage. It was nice being able to fish off the dock and the property was clean.

Everything we were looking for

Clean well-kept 2 bedroom with everything that we might need during our stay. Location was great- right on the water. We fished daily from the dock and saw a manatee one day. The screened- in porch is a wonderful place to have dinner and the view from the living room is scenic. Modern kitchen has all the amenities. Cabana club membership was a huge plus - we used it daily.

Great place and location

Bed was comfy, beautifully decorated, great comminication (Had plumbing issues, but was taken care of quickly) rented a boat and it was a perfect set up. Cabana club was nice, great pool! Location was perfect for everything we did. Would recommend great place!!

Didn’t want to leave

The property was a little smaller than expected but the outdoor screened in patio made up for it. The location is amazing. Key colony is a safe area to walk, run and bike around. If you have a boat, the slip behind the house allows for easy access to the gulf and Atlantic side. We went out nearly every day. Access to the Cabana beach club makes staying here amazing. The pool is great for kids and it’s nice having access the beach. Would certainly stay here again!

Great Location and Setup

This was a great setup and location. It was quiet and very clean. We even saw a manatee at the dock the last night we were there. Perfect ending to a fantastic trip!
