Private Paradise! New Listing... this condo has been private for 15 years and is just now hitting the rental market! This 4 bedroom/4.5 bath penthouse is truly one of a kind. Recently purchased and redesigned to perfection. This beachside oasis is ready for your dream vacation.

The condo is huge. The living area has tons of elbow room and features a spectacular view of the ocean. The bar is complete with a wine/beverage cooler and ice maker. The kitchen is a chef's dream.

Your eyes will not believe the view from your enormous rooftop terrace, complete with two elevated rose gardens with fountains. The covered portion of the terrace is perfectly appointed for lounging and dining after a day at the beach.

The first primary bedroom has a king sized bed. The bathroom has a massive jetted tub, shower and double vanities. The second primary bedroom has a king sized bed as well, and the bathroom has a multi head shower system and double vanities. Also facing the gulf is a bedroom with two extra long twin beds. This bathroom has a shower. The fourth bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Amenities include an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, heated indoor pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center and a pavilion with four gas grills. The three reserved parking spots are located next to the elevator in a covered garage. Make your plans now to visit paradise!

We absolutely loved the property. We have stayed several times at the Regency Isle but never 1206. The entire group loved every aspect of it. Lookin forward to going again.

Great Residence!!

We had a wonderful time at this beach residence. The unit is amazing in every way. The layout is perfect, the decor is appealing, the patio is enticing and the beach is right there. This was a great vacation made best by the accommodations in a well-appointed residence.

Great spacious place with amazing patio and views

Wonderful place for a family summer meet up. Plenty of space for all to be able to have quiet space when wanted. Lots of dishes and pans for cooking so you dont have to fight crowds at restaurants.

Deep cleaning

The property and the facilities were nice, and very well kept. It had a very laid-back feel to it. The penthouse condo was very open and spacious ... the only negative comment on the condo was, it could have used a deep cleaning. The ladies in our family noticed it more than us guys... of course. The open patio area was the highlight, and very enjoyable. It made for a great hangout and social area for my family in the mornings and evenings. The overall experience was a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Needs a housekeeper, pest control and a contractor

In the bedroom with the tub big clumps of dusk was hanging off the ceiling fan, all baseboards and windows were dirty. Ants were in the bathroom the whole time we were there. A piece of the quarter round was sticking up with an exposed nail in the end sticking up. For the price it should have been pristine and it wasn’t.

Another week in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in this beautiful unit and booking w Phoenix Rentals. Once again we had a wonderful vacation with excellent customer service. There are so many pros for this unit: three dedicated parking spaces right next to the elevators, spacious condo with four bedrooms with private baths - three of which are gulf front with beautiful floor to ceiling windows, large living area with comfortable furnishings and rocking, electric recliners, a massive terrace with comfortable shaded seating which stays surprising cool even in the afternoons. We ate several meals out there and we brought our projector and screen and had outside TV time in the evenings. The beach is surprisingly not too crowded for July. The cooks in our crowd fussed somewhat about the appliances but the kitchen was adequately furnished and we ate most meals in. We did venture to a couple of restaurants, Luna's and Coastal, which were very good and we walked to FlorBama for drinks a couple of times. Overall wonderful stay!

This was our First time at Regency Isle and we were very pleased with the condo and amenities. The condo was beautiful and had ample space and parking our group. Our stay was near perfect, had a few very small things come up but Charlie helped smooth things over ! Will definitely be booking and staying here agian as long as it stays a rental unit !!!!

The interior of the condo did not disappoint. Granite countertops and granite floors in the main areas. Quality furniture, comfortable mattresses, and fully stocked kitchen. LOVE the floor to ceiling windows. LOVE the patio. As mentioned in another review, there were some personal belongs being stored in the closets. But, that wasn’t a problem. The closets were all large and there was plenty of room. The condo was clean when we arrived. We took advantage of the beach chair service - a quick walk out to the beach. Nice amenities In the building - fast elevators, three elevators, pools, sauna, etc. Management company was very responsive and communicative. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Beautiful place…pictures do not do it justice! Beach was not crowded, even over the weekend. Plenty of room/space for everyone. This will be our go-to place in the future!

Very nice Penthouse

I would say overall this was a great place to stay. We would most likely go back. The only detractors, in my humble opinion, were: 1) multiple bulbs out. Since we were in and out a lot, it’s harder to have maintenance come in. 2) a LOT of clutter found in all closets. Almost reminds me of a teenage dorm room with things put away haphazardly with clothing and whatnot hanging around. 3) dry goods/food left in kitchen cabinets. If everything was tidied I’d give this a four star rating.
