The home is well equipped for a family with kids. We brought our 7 kids and we fit comfortably into the provided beds. The heated pool was great! The location is really close to Indian Rocks beach, which is beautiful and less tourist-y than Clearwater Beach. Lastly, the host is an excellent communicator and very helpful in answering questions and assisting with needs that come up during the stay. We'd definitely come back in the future!

Wonderful pool

House was great! Very well equipped kitchen with keurig, air fryer, toaster and tons of other convenient items. Great added touch of toys for inside, poolside and for the beach. Great location and wonderfully heated pool. We will be back!!

Nice place

Nice place. About a 5 minute drive to the beach. Neighborhood was cute and felt safe. We requested to have the pool heated and the owner heated it very well! One day, the air temp was 62 and my kids were still able to swim for hours which I really appreciated.

Location Great!

We loved our location. Literally minutes away from multiple beaches, restaurants and other fun activities. Our hosts were very responsive. The home was well stocked and lovely. Enjoyed the the heated pool and patio area, spent many hours relaxing and chatting. A nice find for sun seeking vacationers.

Great Family Getaway home

The owner was extremely responsive. The house came with all of our beach & pool supplies. My only complaint was the mattress in the first bedroom. Needs replacement.

The property was amazing. Nice heated pool. The host (Diana ) was amazing. Had a small issue with ceiling fan. One text they came right out and fixed it while we were at the Phillies spring game. Definitely would stay there again Stayed 2/27 to 3/3. Amazing time Highly recommend

Beautiful house

Great renovated house, located close to the beaches. The owners are very friendly and responsive when you send them an email. As I mentioned to the owners, a TV in each room would've been great, or a Keurig coffee machine in the kitchen, but it's a new listing, so there's room for improvement so I'm sure the owners will get around to it. All in all, it's a great property and there's no describing the feeling of taking your breakfast on the back patio by the pool in the morning when the sun is slowly rising... it's just heaven!!!!

Great Location In A Quiet Neighborhood

We selected this property since it had three bedrooms, a pool and was only a few minutes drive from the beach. The house has plenty of living space so our family could spread out during our stay. We really enjoyed the patio by the pool and the pool itself. Although the owner offered to heat the pool, we declined the additional cost. The water temperature was on the cool side but felt fine after a few minutes in the water. We appreciated the available beach supplies that we could load up and take to the beach with us (beach chairs, sand toys, coolers). Our children also had fun with the cornhole game that could be set up in the side yard. For a being a new listing, these owners are on their way to having a special property. There are some improvements that could be made going forward but overall, the home was a good fit for us and we enjoyed our stay. Getting to have so much space and a private pool at a price below that of some of the resort hotels in the Clearwater area is definitely a nice perk that shouldn't be ignored.
