Located on a quiet dead end street, it's a perfect home away from home.

This house has two levels. On the main floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and a large living room with large windows with beautiful lake view. On the lower level, there are one bedroom, one bathroom, a laundry room, and another living area.

The house has a spacious & fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a large living room to hang out. It also has a large deck overlooking the lake with dining table and sitting area with gas fire pit. The master bedroom and dining room are connected to the deck. Another bedroom on the main floor has a walkout patio, while the bedroom in the lower level also has beautiful lake view.

Bedroom 1 (master bedroom): has a lake view, queen bed and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: two twin beds.
Bedroom 3: has a lake view, queen bed.
Bedroom 4 (lower level): has a lake view, a full bed, and two twin beds.

The house is located in Wautoma, WI, about 45 minutes from Oshkosh. Very easy drive from the EAA location (take 41 north, then 21 west). There are two grocery stores and many restaurants within 5-10 minutes of driving.

- Towels: bath, hand, and wash towels (for up to 10 people)
- Toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper)
- Laundry detergent and dryer sheet
- Dish soap, dishwasher tab

If you like cooking, the kitchen is equipped with the following:
- Stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher
- Pots, pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, knife set.
- Plates, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, silverware.

Also, there are 2 kayaks and a stand up paddle board available to use.
