¡Buena ubicación! Esta casa de 3 dormitorios se encuentra en el corazón del muelle de Narragansett. Camine hasta la playa de Narragansett, Pier Market Place, tiendas, restaurantes, canchas de baloncesto y un parque infantil a poca distancia. DOS JUEGOS DE LAVADORA Y SECADORA NUEVAMENTE AÑADIDOS

Cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos, un concepto abierto de sala de estar y área de cocina. El dormitorio principal tiene su propio baño completo. Un sofá cama tamaño queen lo hace cómodo para hasta 8 personas. La ducha exterior cerrada y las unidades de aire acondicionado hacen de esta una casa de vacaciones perfecta. Estacionamiento en entrada para 3 vehículos. Parrilla a gas, Internet inalámbrico y cable expandido.

Nuestra familia usa esta casa nosotros mismos, por lo que puede estar seguro de que es cómoda y limpia. Compramos la casa en 2013 y ya hemos realizado muchas mejoras, incluidos nuevos sofás, nuevos edredones y almohadas para las 3 habitaciones, una nueva mesa y sillas para relajarse en el porche delantero (¡nuestro lugar favorito para desayunar y cenar!), televisores nuevos en las habitaciones, unidades de aire acondicionado agregadas a las habitaciones, ducha exterior nueva, lavadora y secadora nuevas y parrilla de gas nueva. ¡Nos encanta pasar tiempo con nuestra familia en Narragansett y nos enorgullecemos de nuestra casa!

perfect spot

There really isn't anything negative to bring up with this place at all. We've been renting in this area for 4 years now. This spot has everything. We have a family of 5 of all ages and there was something in walking distance for everyone. John was responsive and made the transitions in and out easy. We were able to relax and discover all the hidden gems of the town-- and when we were worn out, there was just enough space in the house (or in yards/porches) to lay down and recharge. Front porch is amazing to sit on in the mornings--our kids got to know all the friendly people around town :)

Great week in Narragansett

House was perfect size and location was as good as it gets. Really directly in the middle of the town beach area. You could walk any direction for things to do. House was clean and inviting.

We just returned from a 4 week stay in Narragansett and it was a wonderful trip! John and Christine were excellent hosts. Communication was great and the house was clean and comfortable. The layout—with an open kitchen and living room—was perfect, the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, a/c in all rooms, and the two showers plus outdoor shower were helpful. There is a nice sized backyard that was perfect for my toddler and dog to run around and play in (it’s not completely fenced but we brought temporary fencing so it was easy to block off the open area). The location can’t be beat. Short walk to great restaurants and the sea wall. They also left us beach passes so my elderly mom was able to walk down to Narragansett beach each day with my toddler. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend the property. We will be back for sure. Thanks John and Christine!

Perfect Location

69 Boon St is the perfect house and location for a Beach week in Narragansett. The house is very clean and spacious and the owners do a great job of communicating making your stay pleasant and memorable.

3 bedrooms, 2 showers and a quick walk to town beach. Everything we were looking for! Easy communication with the owners.

Beach life at its best!

This is the cutest house with a surprising amount of space! Everything is perfect, well maintained inside and outside. The back yard was fenced in just enough for our pooches. Driveway had enough space for all our cars. We had no issues period,and no want for more! I’m afraid to give such a sparkling review because i want to keep this jewel all to myself. We will definitely be renting again no questions asked. Oh and the owners are THE BEST to work with. One last thing...the location can not be beat!

Lovely home and in an ideal walking location to everything - beautiful Narragansett beach and multiple local restaurants and shops all a 5 minute walk away. House is open and airy with a nice private backyard. Very Responsive owner and we have already booked for same week next summer

Great house for families, walking distance to beach

We didn't want our vacation week to end! This house was very comfortable and in the perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and the house includes 4 passes (kids under 12 do not need one) to Narragansett Beach, a definite plus! There was plenty of space for my 2 active sons and the second bathroom has a tub shower, a must for young kids. The outdoor shower was also great and a hit with the kiddos. My favorite spot was the front porch! We hope to return again next year! Thanks John for a wonderfully comfortable stay!

This was a great house really close to the beach

This house had it all. Comfy furniture, TVs in every room, a picnic table out back and a front porch for lounging and morning coffee. My daughter, her husband, me and my hubby as well as our granddoggie all had a wonderful time here.

Perfect location for a beach getaway!

This house is in the perfect location to park the car and relax by the beach! The house is a couple of blocks away from the beach and fabulous restaurants (from casual to upscale) and close to other fun things to do. The house was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could wish for including a fantastic outdoor grill and shower! The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. We parked our car and just walked every where! It was truly a relaxing place for a beach vacation and I highly recommend it.

Great location

This home is located just one block from the pier. It was a great place to stay with a young child whose time limit at the beach is unpredictable! Also, there are so many great places to eat all within a 5 minute walk. The house was very clean and the main living area offered plenty of room. The outdoor shower was fabulous. The backyard is small, but who needs a lot of space when the beach is right there. It was perfect for just hanging out and enjoying our evenings together. The house completely met all our needs and we would not hesitate to stay here again. It definitely felt like home for the week we visited.

This house is a GEM!!!

This home has everything you could want to make your vacation worry free and comfortable. The home is immaculate with an inviting front porch, an adorable yard, a wonderful outdoor shower, comfortable beds, plenty of dishes and cooking supplies, wi-fi, flat screen tv's, air conditioners, and comfortable furniture. The washer and drier are a real plus. (who wants to spend their vacation at a laundromat??) The owners thought of everything and have made this house a home away from home. The location is perfect and everything is within walking distance. We literally parked our car and left it in the driveway while we were there. Everything is steps away whether you want to go to the beach, restaurants, parks, or shops. Thank you for sharing your beautiful RI house with us!! We look forward to next year's visit already!!!!

the tiki hut!

My girlfriends and I had a little "reunion" weekend there at the end of June and the tiki hut couldn't have been more perfect! It had enough sleeping space and bathroom space (6 girls need more than one bathroom to get ready) for all of us, not to mention if was clean and adorable!! The house itself has such a cheery atmosphere, but its also in a great location in the center of narragansett pier. John and his family were so accommodating in terms of working with us on dates and times that worked for us, and we could not have been happier. I can't say enough about our great experience here and we've already decided that we will absolutely be back next year! If you're looking for the perfect place in Narragansett for a long weekend or week getaway with family or friends, this is the perfect place! Thanks again to John and his family for an amazing weekend at the tiki hut...until next year!

Fantastic location

The house was perfect, plus i am very patial to Narragansett. The house was in great shape, beds super comfortable, front porch was fun to sit on, backyard cute with picnic table, shed out back where i stored my bike was helpful, and new outdoor shower was the best. You can walk to beach, pier which has few restaurants, liquor store and shops. There are other restaurants outside the pier within walking distance as well. Park for the kids within walking ditance. Unfortunatlely the grocery store in the pier is gone so you have to drive to stop & shop but other than that you really don't need a car. Ferry to block island is close by as well as Newport. We would 100% rent this house again. Owner was super helpful and responsive.

Great Location

We had a great stay. The house is in a great location with a lot to do in the area. Just a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. The house is in great shape and very comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

End of June

Just enjoyed a week at the TiKi Hut. The beds were very comfortable, the appliances worked well, and the front porch was very popular with my husband and potential son-in-law. We traveled with a pet and thought the back yard was fenced in, it wasn't but we were able to rig it so the pup wouldn't get out. While the web site did mention that we would need towels and bed linens: kitchen towels, paper towels and toilet paper were provided. Very quiet, close to all that the Narragansett Pier had to offer. Nana's Gelato and the shops helped fill non-beach time. Unless we went exploring, we didn't have to get into the car. Newport is just a short ride away. It would have been helpful if grocery store directions were listed as well as potential rainy day activity choices were available. Everyone wants to return next year and we are definitely considering it.

Walking to the beach! Its so convenient to be able to walk to the beach each day. We are also steps from the Narragansett Pier shops, seawall and restaurants. It is the perfect location and we love walking the seawall every morning and night, walking to the many great restaurants and enjoying the shops. We can also walk to the playground and basketball courts which our kids love. Its the perfect location for a family!
