Feeling hungry? Whip up a gourmet feast in our fully-equipped kitchen, featuring an air fryer, waffle maker, ninja blender, Keurig, and Breville toaster oven. It's like having your own personal chef—minus the chef! Dine indoors or out on our cozy patio, where you can toast to vacation memories and stunning sunsets.

What I love about hosting an vacation rental is the opportunity to share the magic of South Haven and our beautiful Koi House with others. Lake Michigan holds a special place in our hearts, and being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the stunning views is a true joy. Hosting allows us to offset some of the costs of staying in this incredible location while also helping travelers create lasting memories.
We're passionate about the local attractions, like 3 Blondes Brewing and driving our golf cart around downtown South Haven, and it's a pleasure to see our guests discover and appreciate these experiences. It's especially rewarding when we host families, as we love making memories with our own children in South Haven and feel a sense of fulfillment knowing that other families are creating cherished moments in our home.
One of our favorite hosting memories was a multi-generational family who enjoyed a fantastic beach vacation together. Their shared joy and the pictures they sent us were heartwarming and reminded us why we love doing this. Receiving positive feedback and knowing that we've contributed to our guests' happiness by curating memorable experiences is truly the icing on the cake. Being an vacation rental host is not just about providing a space to stay, but also about creating connections and enriching the lives of our guests.

Welcome to @KoihouseSH —our family friendly vacation home is an incredibly chic Koi-themed with mid-century modern decor in a marina community in South Haven, MI! It’s less than a mile to the beaches and the marina is just a short walk as is the club house with pool. This two story home has an excellent floor plan that is perfect for spending time with family and friends.
Looking to work from home? There is a desk in the primary bedroom. Our newly constructed home was completed in 2022 and is located in the charming town of South Haven, MI. This open concept three bedroom home can accommodate up to 6 people.
The home is furnished with three king size memory foam beds in all three of the bedrooms. There are two full bathroom upstairs and a half bath on the main floor.
Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you’ll need. We have equipped the kitchen with everything anyone could want to make cooking at home a breeze. Some of these items include an air fryer, waffle maker, ninja blender, kuereg, and breville toaster oven. Then after preparing an amazing meal enjoy out back on our patio.
The living room is furnished with a 4k 65” flat-screen tv. It’s set up with a Roku so you can log into all of your favorite subscriptions.
In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! For families we have a pack and play upstairs in the primary bedroom walk in closet, a high chair in the closet near the dining room, an ironing board and iron in the laundry room which is also equipped with a washer and dryer. The lamps in the bedrooms all have built in chargers. Both full bathrooms have blow dryers.
