Located in proximity to the gulf--with the sounds of the ocean creating a calming soundtrack from your shared deck--this west-facing, 3-bedroom condo offers spectacular sunset views of the water through swaying palm trees.

Ideal for families, the airy, second level condo features an open concept living area, with seamless flow between the great room, dining room and kitchen. Styled in casual, comfortable decor, the great room welcomes relaxation with a wrap-around sofa facing a large-screen TV and cozy fireplace.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for home-cooked meals, best enjoyed at the six-seat dining table or outside on the covered veranda. In addition, there are stools at the breakfast bar for seating for four additional people.
