Sunset Traditions es realmente impresionante y es una de las casas más grandes en el vecindario de SeaGrass. Es una casa de 5 habitaciones (además de un nudismo fuera de la habitación principal) con una sala de juegos / área de bar en la planta baja que conduce a la amplia área de la piscina. Las vistas son increíbles y su paseo a la playa es de menos de 100 pies. Esta casa, que admite mascotas, es perfecta para que varias familias puedan rentar juntas, ya que hay dos grandes áreas de estar en pisos separados, enormes cubiertas, dos juegos de lavadoras / secadoras, una sala de juegos y habitaciones grandes.


La planta baja de la casa tiene la entrada principal y el vestíbulo, una gran sala de juegos con una mesa de billar y una nevera grande, televisión, baño completo, sofá cama Queen, área de bar y acceso al garaje, que cuenta con una segunda nevera grande. . La sala de juegos conduce a la piscina privada, con una amplia terraza para tomar el sol, así como a un patio enorme y un área de césped cercada que da al golfo.


En el primer nivel de la casa, encontrará 4 habitaciones (2 reyes, 1 reina y una habitación para niños con una cama doble o dos camas individuales) y una amplia sala de estar con un televisor con dos camas individuales y pantalla plana. Eso es perfecto para ver películas. Hay 2 baños completos en este nivel, con acceso compartido desde los 4 dormitorios. Desde el área de estar, hay acceso al cuarto de servicio que tiene una lavadora / secadora, y también incluye un mini refrigerador, microondas, tostadora y cafetera. También hay acceso a la gran cubierta a través de las habitaciones king y queen, y también desde la sala de estar. Cada una de las habitaciones en este piso tiene un televisor con la excepción de la sala de literas.


El segundo nivel de esta casa es espectacular! Hay el dormitorio principal, salón, comedor y cocina. Este es un plano de planta muy abierto, perfecto para reuniones familiares y comidas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y una chaise longue que te llama para relajarte, leer un libro y disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas del océano. El baño es de primera línea con una gran ducha y bañera de hidromasaje. Hay un hueco en el baño principal que se ha establecido como una guardería. Esta habitación incluye una cuna grande, una cama individual y un sofá con una cama doble extraíble. También hay otra lavadora / secadora en esta habitación.


El salón tiene un sofá cama doble y hay una gran mesa de comedor y taburetes. Esta casa tiene pisos de madera y azulejos en las áreas de estar principales, dormitorio principal y baños, y alfombras en las otras habitaciones. La cocina es como ninguna otra, con una estufa grande, un refrigerador enorme y una despensa, un refrigerador para vinos y una máquina para hacer hielo independiente. Best week of the year

Great house! There were 15 of us and we all had a space that was comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Having to 2 washers and dryers was awesome. The views are second to none, and being right across from the boardwalk was super. Lived there was a fenced in yard for our fur babies! Zero complaints about the house except time went too fast!!! We've been coming to the cape for 16 years and this is our new favorite house. Can't wait till next year!

Loved house, room for everyone, kitchen well stocked with pots, pans and even crockpots, everything you would need, beach access is right across the street, pool was good size plenty of seating. Great for multiple generations with the elevator.

Having a fenced yard for our dog is a plus...doggie poop bags are even provided. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa daily. There are plenty of pool loungers, chairs and a dining table. The home has everything you need to include beach chairs and wagon, a well appointed kitchen, 3 full size refrigerators, a wine cooler, 2 washers/dryers, baby furniture, TVs in every room, and porch furniture on all levels. We enjoyed dinners nightly on the 3rd floor covered porch with a fabulous ocean view. There is plenty of space to spread out with comfortable bedrooms and living areas. Communication for check in/out was very easy. You will not be disappointed staying at Sunset Traditions. We look forward to a return trip next year. This is our favorite property on CSB.

The rental house was nice and spacious and had all the amenities we were searching for. The ability to let the dog walk on the grass area was nice and the pool came in handy for a couple rough beach double red days. The view is great even with being second row and no houses in between you and the gulf but while we were there a crew started clearing and leveling the lot right in front. That view will soon be of another house

Great house for a large multi-family vacation

We had 3 couples and one adult male, 5 young boys ages 10 down to 6 months, and one 9 month baby girl. This house was perfect for our group because we needed the four separate bedrooms for the adults, and the additional bunk room for the children. The 2 babies slept in pack n plays, in their parents’ rooms. The house had numerous beach chairs and two pull carts. The walk to the beach was very short. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. All manner of pots and pans, and a coffee pot and a Keurig. The living space was great. The house has an elevator, which is handy for arrival and departure since all the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and the kitchen is on the 3rd floor. Lots of outside porch space. Billiard table in the first floor recreation room. Three refrigerators. The pool was fantastic. We had just a couple of maintenance issues and the management company was quick to respond. Everything was great. The only thing to keep in mind is that the lot between this house and the beach is fully undeveloped and likely at some point in time will have houses being constructed which would add lots of noise, and would also block the view of the ocean from the porches. And I don’t think the management company would have any way to predict when the lots will sell and have houses constructed, but best to ask and try to get a definitive answer for the timeframe of your intended stay. For two days, we had a large dump truck and an excavator clearing one of the lots of trees and brush, and it was very noisy all day. But luckily for just two days.Overall we really liked this house. WE would stay here again.

Best Beach Retreat Ever!

The views are fabulous from the spacious rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The kitchen has ample counter space and well-equipped. The furnishings are lovely and comfortable with quality linens and towels. There is great deck space and a nice gas grill. The pool and jaccuzzi are nice and there is a great fenced back-yard for the pups to run and play. The house feels new and is very clean and well-maintained. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. The beach has pristine white sand and the Gulf water there is clean and clear. the sunsets are spectacular to enjoy every evening! Coastal Joe Rental agents are very responsive and attentive to emails and calls. We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Traditions immensely and highly recommend it for the best beach retreat ever!

This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed in this house and we love it. The location and the view are awesome. The walk to the beach is easier than a lot of beachfront homes we have stayed at. Nothing blocks your view and you can hear the sound of the waves so good. The house is so big and spacious accommodating a large family easily. It’s beautifully decorated and kept so clean. Hopefully we can make next year our 3rd year in a row.

The Perfect Week

My aunt came to visit from South Africa and we wanted to show her our favorite place, Cape San Blas. We were all bowled over when we arrived. The house gave us plenty of room to spread out. The location is fantastic. Technically it’s first tier, but you feel like you are gulf front because there are no houses in front of it. The boardwalk is right in front of the house. The pool and the hot tub were very much enjoyed. The bed swing on the lower level was such a relaxing spot...We wished there was one on every level! The staff at Costa Joe was a pleasure to work with. We had a couple of small issues and a wonderful gentleman came promptly and resolved what he could right away and assured us the pool guy would be there the next day to address a small issue with the hot tub. My aunt said it was hands down the nicest vacation she’s ever had. We will definitely be back!

Nice Home that needs a Refresh

Reviewer Comments: Pros - house was spacious and had lots of amenities, layout was perfect for our family, location was great (not beachfront but unobstructed views of the gulf due to empty lot in front), easy and short walk to the beach, nice neighborhood. Private pool was very nice and clean. I would rent again assuming home has been refreshed (see Cons). Homeowner seemed very nice.Cons - home needs a DEEP cleaning. Following are things we noted during our stay. All appliances were very dirty and refrigerators smelled (I ran the self clean feature on the oven one day to clean the oven because it was gross on the inside), the upholstered furniture was dirty and stained, air vent covers were covered in dust, bath shower floors had soap scum and/or mildew, outdoor shower bench was broken with rusty nails exposed (and we had 4 young children in our party), all door locks and knobs on the outside were corroded due to the salt air exposure, baseboards and light fixtures were covered in dust. Our stay was at the end of peak season so I’m sure this has a lot to do with the condition of the house and how previous guests treated the home and its contents. The overall vibe of the home just kinda felt dirty. The pictures on the website of the home are somewhat deceiving as to its current condition (which I find to be the case in most instances). Also, our checkin was delayed due to the condition the home was left in by the group that stayed in the home the prior week which took the cleaning service extra time to make ready for our family. I got what I thought was a good price compared to prices I was seeing for similar properties on the Cape, but even so, the cleanliness and comfort is no where near what it should be for what you pay, imo. And yes I did mention to someone at the property management company these cons when I returned the keys at checkout. I just hope these issues get addressed for future guests.

Wonderful family vacay!

This is our bi-annual trip for the family of 18 of us and the house worked out perfectly. Great location! We loved how close it was to the beach - 300 steps! I counted them! The kitchen was very well equipped, but it would have been nice to have some basic spices. One negative thing I would say is that the bathrooms on the middle floor are very small for the intended number of guests. Just be aware. The pool was great! Kids loved it. View is spectacular. Plenty of room for everyone. Pool table was fun. (Sleeper sofa mattress in basement needs to be replaced.) A fabulous week!!!

Best Beach Retreat Vacation Ever!

Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing at Cape San Blas for the past 12 years and our recent stay at Sunset Traditions (4/28-5/6/23) was the best beach retreat home that we have stayed thus far. This lovely home is spacious and beautifully furnished with stunning views of the Gulf, great decks on the second and third floors and a fantastic pool and spa with a large fenced yard that is great for the pups. The spacious bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and quality bed linens and towels with large bathrooms. Nice pool table room with extra full size refrigerator and TV viewing area. Ice Maker machine with bar area next to kitchen. Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals (Brittany) was very helpful and responsive to any questions. The spectacular beach is a 5 minute walk across the street down the boardwalk into the sand! We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Traditions immensely and we have already reserved our beach retreat there for next May 2024!

The pool was a it went cold on us since we didn’t know to add water when the flow stopped to keep it heated. It was a bummer the hot tub wasn’t working and needed a part to be fixed. If we had known that prior than the night before leaving, we could have picked up the part here in Greenville and had it fixed while we were there. Location and view of the ocean was great.

BEAUTIFUL home in Cape San Blas

Reviewer Comments: For the second year in a row we have stayed at this wonderful home (and hope to stay next yr) Sunset Traditions offers everything you can imagine in a rental home ~ it's just like home away from home with all of its amenities. It's well maintained and the upgrades throughout the home were beautiful this year...from the painted kitchen to the bathrooms being redone, it was perfect !! This home is the perfect size for our large family and offers ample room for all to enjoy eachother as well as little quiet retreats. From the gamroom to the second "den" area, theres plenty of room to spread out as well as gather together. The pool and hot tub are a hit with my famity also. Just another added convenience to the property !! Everything is well maintained and clean and confortable. The folks at Coastal Joe are just as friendly and helpful as they can be too. We had a TV go out and they were there the same day to fix it. Can't ask for anything better than that. I would def recommend this little slice of paradise to anyone who is looking to rent. We cant wait to return !!

Wish they would have twin bed configuration in the basement such as two small couches that would make to more beds......then that would have been an outstanding week. Sunset tradition June 11–18

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Coastal Joe did a great job communicating with us while we stayed at Sunse Traditions June 11-18TH. The house was very convenient to the beach and was very clean when we arrived. We had an issue with the second floor air conditioner, and Coastal Joe took care of the problem within a few hours. The kitchen had an awesome stove and pantry. The pots and pans were plentiful and labeled so they would be put back properly. The one really bad thing is the island is invested with rats. This is a really downer for our family. Something needs to be done about the rat population. We will not be back because of the rats.

I started travelling to the Cape in 1968 when my parents discovered the State Park. Since that time, it has become a favorite place to travel with my own family. We absolutely love the area and are happy to share our home with guests.

My family has rented many, many homes over the years so we know what works in a rental home. Sunset has several sitting areas which is great for multiple families so they can spread out. It also has room for the kids to get away from the adults (in the game room area on the ground floor). Finally, it offers several decks and outside stairs that allow guests to access the house from several floors. We take pride in the condition of our home which you will see in the reviews that are posted. We also have an on site property management firm that quickly takes care of any needs our guests might have.
