This beautiful condo at Mansions by the Sea on Sunset Beach in Treasure Island is the perfect getaway for a couple's or single retreat! The space
The condo is located at Mansions on the Sea on the third floor with views of the ocean and the waterway from the expansive balcony. Everything about this unit is beautiful and luxurious! Linens, kitchenware and everything you need is here. There is a pull out sleeper sofa in additiion to the king size bed for additional guests.

The building has a resort pool, full gym, library, sauna, tennis courts, beachfront access and a boardwalk to Land's End which is beautiful. You can take a 10 minute walk up the beach to Caddy's for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The condo has a full kitchen, in unit laundry, covered parking space and more. We have two condos on Treasure Island, 2 miles apart, if you need more space.

Mansions on the Sea is a very private location where you can escape for a quiet getaway but have easy access to all of the bars and restaurants on Treasure Island and St. Pete.
Guest access
It's best to arrive Monday - Friday, 9-5. The building manager can let you into the building and once inside you'll be able to get into the unit and then will have keys for your stay. The building is very secure and private.
Other things to note
The building management allows only one check in per month. Our stays are generally 30 days or more but we can occasionally make an exception for 1-2 weeks depending on our personal use. Please inquire and we will let you know if this is possible.
