🚗 We are on the corner of a high traffic street, but we have plenty of free street parking on our side street and some parking in the back off of the alley too!
💧 We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter - sometimes as low as 48°F. Our hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, which means it will be heated to 102°F later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured, it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

Competing at Olympic Training Center
Location was great for event at the Olympic Training Center. Property worked well for our needs; comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, and lots of little extras (i.e. snacks, spices for cooking, laundry soap, bathroom items (shampoo, etc.), brochures on area attractions, power strip by bed, etc). Nice to be able to walk to lake and large city park as well as drug store and a couple of restaurants. I hope to be able to return.

Cute little basement apartment
This apartment had a lot of amenities including Keurig coffee maker and some snacks and water provided.
It would not have slept 6 as the pullout couch was broken.
The upstairs apartment controls the thermostat but our host was very responsive when we asked for them to turn the thermostat up or down remotely.

Cute set up. Great location
The apartment was super clean, cute and in a great location. The owner of the home was very attentive and assisted when requested. I did however struggle with a couple of things 1st - was the inability to control the temperature of the apartment during a very cold period was inconvenient. 2nd - the noise from upstairs was at times unbearably loud from footsteps to furniture sliding and children running and screaming. Once again the owner was very attentive and accommodating. Overall I would recommend this property to a small family or maybe even two couples.
