Relax in your peaceful family oasis. Our fully remodeled 2 bedroom condo is perfect for families looking to spend time at the lake. We have a master on the lower level, laundry in the unit, another bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor. We have a "secret" reading nook for our smallest guests! Adults can relax on our balcony overlooking the beautiful waterfall. Bring your boat and dock at our cove or launch from our boat ramp next door. Swim in our community pool or the resort pool at Walden

Great getaway

Worked perfectly for our family's needs!! Everything has been thought of and we all were well taken care of, adults, kids and fur babies! Thanks Mandy for a great little retreat for our family to come "home" to...we really enjoyed our stay!

Great place!

Property was perfect for me, my husband and our two pups. The place was well maintained and very nicely furnished. Loved listening to the small waterfall while relaxing on the patio. Mandy communicated very well with us. She went above and beyond with helping us to find a sitter for our pups when the person we had scheduled to care for them had to cancel. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Home Away from Home!

I give this property two thumbs up! Such a charming condo that is well cared for and had everything we needed for our family's extended weekend getaway! We got to enjoy hiking, some lake activities, and simply relaxing :-) The owners obviously take pride in their property and have thought of everything. There was even a special treat for us and our dog! Thank you so much for making us feel "at home" during our stay!!

Perfect!

Enjoyed my stay! Mandy was very communicative and helpful. Before arriving she asked if I'd like them to ready a pack and play and high chair bc she noticed I was traveling with a little one. It's so stressful packing and traveling with a baby so I was delighted to accept any help. :) The property is very quiet and serene. Tall trees just out the living room with great bird watching. I saw finches, cardinals, tit mouse, warblers, and more! The place was spotless and even better in person! I'll definitely be staying again when I'm in town visiting family.

Nice house broken AC

The house was clean and cozy, the property manager was quick to respond. The AC was not working upon our arrival. After some tinkering on the propert managers part, a technician was called and she was able to get someone out that night. The air was fixed by 915pm and the home was finally cooled by midnight. The AC worked the next day during the day but then stopped in the middle of the night and we woke up to a hot sticky house. The AC situation was no fault of the managers, she tried to get it working quickly. Unfortunately in South Texas a broken AC when the heat index is triple digits makes for a miserable stay anywhere.

Mandy (myself) and Mark have been married for 13 years and reside in Montgomery, TX with their two Aussie doodle pups who they absolutely adore! I am originally from Scotland moved to Texas over a decade ago and have never looked back. Before jumping into real estate I worked in the healthcare industry for 20 years and My husband currently works in cyber security full time but also spends his time investing in their local business!

We bought this vacation rental as we just fell in love with the waterfall as soon as we opened the patio doors. The sounds of the water along with the gorgeous scenery was just what we were looking for. Steps away from Lake Conroe as well as its own private boating dock made this the perfect place. There is a lovely family pool area in Walden which renting this condo is included as well as a fitness center too. The condo itself is very spacious and is just perfect for a family getaway or just time away for a couple too.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This condo has two private patios and a secret room for kids too. The communal pool area on site is also a nice space to relax after an afternoon out on the lake. The Lake is perfect for fishing, jet skiing and boating with the private boating dock available too. At night time chill out with a margarita on the patio listening to the sound of the waterfall that has lights on at night time too its simply stunning.
