Waterfront Townhome in Walden -Great view, yard, dock, and easy water access.

Inviting waterfront 2 story townhome (total 3 rooms for sleeping) located in Walden on Lake Conroe. Enjoy the gorgeous views of Lake Conroe from within the unit, on the patio, or from the dock. No wake zone allows safer swimming for the kids and adults alike.
Fully Furnished with bed linens, towels and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Dock your boat directly behind the townhome or grill a great meal on the patio with the provided propane grill. Fish or swim right off the dock or bring your outdoor games such as cornhole, horseshoes or volleyball to enjoy on the large waterfront lot. Jet Skis and/or boat rentals are in close proximity to the townhome.
This unit sleeps eight and includes 2 rooms with king size beds. The third "bedroom" is an open loft area with 2 twin trundle beds (4 single beds). Table seating for 10 and additional bar seating for 9. Blazing fast high speed internet and cable television in all rooms. Full sized washer and dryer are located right off of the kitchen.
You are minutes away from Margaritaville, Walden Yacht Club and Pool, Marina and other restaurants

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was spotless, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit at the lake. The location was perfect —close to everything yet peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze! This home truly felt like a home away from home! We highly recommend it to anyone!

Perfect weekend getaway spot!

Loved everything about this property - corner lot, super clean, spacious, had all of the amenities we needed and the host was very accommodating. Will definitely rent here again when returning to Lake Conroe.

Perfect family getaway

This weekend stay at Ken’s very nice waterfront townhome was perfect for our time together with the kids and grandkids. Excellent communication and the place was clean, comfortable and fully stocked. Loved the thoughtful touches you wouldn’t normally expect in some rental homes, like multiple chargers, swimming vests of all sizes, and more.

Amazing!

The home is lovely and they have thought of everything you could possibly need. Perfect location and the owner couldn’t have been nicer. He gave very detailed information and made himself available if needed at any moment. We didn’t need anything because he had already filed me in on every detail and the home was great! Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Ken and family! We had a great time!

Great spot on the lake

Loved this end unit condo for family of 4. There was plenty of room. Had boat dock access that made it great when we rented a boat. Kitchen has everything we needed for staying in and cooking.

The perfect lake getaway!

We loved our stay at Ken’s property! It is in a great location and it was clean and quiet. There were so many thoughtful touches that make this rental stand out. Ken was very responsive to our questions and it was fun having our boat safely docked right outside. I would definitively stay here again!

Great spot on the water

This property was perfect and exactly what we were looking for for our last minute weekend getaway. Ken was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with leading up to our stay. Cozy Calm Relaxing Stay

Our family had a relaxing weekend on Lake Conroe. We brought our pontoon and the dock outside the condo was perfect. We had one massive storm blow through and the boat was safe and sound! The home is clean, orderly, and perfect for our family.

Last minute summer vacation

Booked this last minute summer vacation and glad we did. Place was as advertised. Right on the cove of the marina which was perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing, and more. Very clean and up to date. Hope to book again in the future.

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed for spring break weekend. My family and I loved it. Home was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! Clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with the TVs but Ken was quick and eager to help us out. The kitchen is huge and well supplied. Husband enjoyed fishing right outside the patio. Can't wait to start again in the future.
