4bed/4.5bath. Sleeps 12 comfortably. On the first floor you have a master bedroom, king size bed and a full bath. There is also a half bath for guests. Upstairs we have two bedrooms both with two queen beds, and another Master suite with a king bed. There is a futon in the loft area. Plenty of seating for dining. 175' of seawall on deep water canal. Floating dock and fixed dock with tide slides make parking for multiple boats easy (BOAT LIFT OFF LIMITS) 1/2 acre lot allows for plenty of parking for your cars, trucks and trailers. Ice maker in garage can make up to 400lbs of ice daily. Extra refrigerator in garage to accommodate large groups. Cornhole boards and 4 kayaks are included for use. Boat ramp is next door at the resort for easy launching.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house is spacious, very comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing visit. It felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hosts were kind, responsive, and made sure we had a great experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

The Hydeaway is such a cool place. We were there for Thanksgiving with a big group and it was perfect. We docked our water toys and took advantage of the other fun stuff the hosts shared. Plenty of room inside and out to socialize and eat turkey.Highly recommend and hope to be back.Also - hosts were super responsive to questions.

Everything about this stay was WOW!! From the moment we walked in the front door, to the moment we had to drive away, and every perfect memory made in between! Perfect views, everything you need at your finger tips, close drive to everything, easy water access, private, family friendly, owners available by phone at all times if needed, and so much more! We saw pelicans, manatees, sting rays, dolphins, so many fish!! This house is just waiting for you to arrive and start making memories of your own! (You won’t regret it!!)

Perfect place to stay in Crystal River

Great lay out of house and yard. Plenty of room for everyone and for our trucks and trailers. Loved having to boat ramp right next door and the ice machine was a huge plus! Loved the unique layout and design of the home.

Family vacation

House was spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped and the 2 dining tables made it easy for all of us to eat at the same time. Kids enjoyed the kayaking and fishing in the canal. Host was available right away and very helpful.

The house was very spacious and easily accommodated a large group. The huge ice maker in the garage was a plus along with the boat dock. We reserved boats at the Freedom Boat Club next door and were able to load and unload at the dock by the house-super convenient! The bed pillows were amazing!!

Family Fishing and hunting trip

The house has a great layout with 4 spacious bedrooms that have their own bathroom each! Really great for adult families! A great kitchen and area together and eat. Close to town and amenities! The Host family always answered my questions and messages so quickly!

Wonderful house for gathering with family/friends

This house is set up perfectly for a group get together or large family. Has 2 separate living rooms, a beautiful kitchen table for gathering, Bedrooms were very comfortable, lovely bed, bathrooms big and nice. Garage is a nice convenience with icemaker. Boat would be recommended if staying here as its a short ride to Kings Bay and the springs!!

Three families stayed at The Hydeaway for Labor Day weekend. We had plenty of room for our families and our 2 boats. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The ice machine and extra refrigerator were great! We would definitely stay here again!

Couldn't have been better!

The house exceeded our expectations, the pictures are very accurate. It was impeccably clean and everything worked. The host was lightning fast to respond to any questions and went over and above to accommodate. The house & the host really made the trip, hope to stay there again!

The house is amazing. It's tucked away in a canal off King's Bay, Fishing and swimming are short boat rides away. Host was responsive to any questions and happy to resolve any issues. We'll be back.

The Hydeaway is wonderful. Check-In was very easy. The homeowner responded very quickly to any questions we had. The home is extremely clean. It has everything you need for your stay. Things in the home are very nice (towels, bedding, kitchen appliances). For fun there’s plenty of kayaks, life jackets even beach towels are there. Having the garage was very nice being able to store the kayaks we brought along as well as the ice maker in the garage. There is room for large families and you’re not crowded. The manatees would come through the canal everyday. I can’t say enough good things about this home. We would definitely like to return to it.

Friendsgiving Trip!

When I first saw the pics from the listing I was underwhelmed. It seemed really quirky. But everything else was perfect for our group so we booked. We all LOVED this house. Don’t let the exterior fool you. It’s unique and charming. The location and everything about it was perfect. There was sooo much space that the 8 of us were never cramped. We will try to stay here again, cause we plan to come back.

A perfect choice for Crystal River

We booked The Hydeaway for a family gathering of four couples. This house checked all of our boxes & then some! The house is clean, tastefully decorated, uncluttered & spacious. The architecture & history of the home is truly unique & very special. A lot of thought & attention to detail has been put into this home to make your stay memorable. ALL of us found the beds to be very comfortable! The location was easy to find & is close to grocery stores, restaurants & local attractions. The hosts responded immediately to our questions &/or concerns. Their care & attention exceeded our expectations. We would definitely book this home again & recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Family Fun For Everyone

We booked this house to share with a total of 3 families and it did not disappoint. The house extremely clean and clutter free. The kitchen is large enough to cook for big groups as well as an out door gas BBQ. 2 separate dinning tables worked out great for kids and adults. The garage was great for us as we brought 3 boats and all the toys. It was large enough to store everything in an organized fashion . The house supplies 4 kayaks that we used which wonderful to paddle around the area. It is very close to everything you need from town. From what I understand this one of the few properties that can accommodate multiple boats. I would absolutely stay here again.

Crystal River Game changer!

This home was amazing. If you’re coming to Crystal River to fish, scallop or just relax you won’t find a better place . Having rented a handful of homes in the area for the past 6 years this is one of the best if not the best. If you have a boat the plantation ramp is next door (literally) and you have plenty of space for your trailer at the house. Thant alone is worth it, not to mention the ice machine and second fridge in garage, that also was so convenient. Floating dock makes tides no issue and low traffic canal is calm with occasional manatee passings. Plantation marina is a few steps away for any last minute things. As for house it was super clean and spacious. Anything you need to cook was in kitchen.I could really go on about it all, this will be my return home on my next visit to Crystal river hands down !
