The host was quick to respond. Pool and hot tube where out of service for most of our stay. And the back yard was kind of trashed/construction mess.

Hi, Thank you for your review, The Condominium just had an upgrade on the exterior and the Contractor has not completed with all the cleaning and repairs. The water pump on the pool stopped working the day you arrived and that was the weekend and HOA ordered the part right away and fixed it before you left and I kindly offer for you to stay one more day. Unfortunately you could not stay, but I would consider the offer if you come back and I will definitely make sure the pool and Jacuzzi are in working order. Thank you.

South Padre Island Condo

Nice two bed/two bath condo within walking distance of beach and shopping. Very easy to find, and park. We were here for fishing and sight seeing and this was a nice place for the family to come back to. Enjoyed our time at this condo.

Cute condo in an excellent location!

Stayed 3 weeks and despite not so pleasant weather the condo was comfortable and met our needs. Well stocked. Perhaps a side chair in the living room would be nice. A little short on living room seating when guests visited. Owner was super responsive when we asked about turning up the heat! Would stay again.

Family of 4 Vacation

The condo is just as pictured! Very beautiful decor through out the whole condo. Very clean and smelled great the whole time. The bunk beds are very soft! It being on the first floor and the layout for parking makes it about 5 steps to the front door. Also very convenient if you coming from the ocean the shower is on the side of the building so you can just walk to the back porch. The only thing that I will note and this was not a huge deal to us because we spend a lot of time in the ocean if we are wanting to be in water, but the pools hot tub over flows to the pool. So the entire pool is like a hot tub. We did a resort pass for one day to get some pool time which was pretty affordable. Otherwise we really didn't miss it. The owner replies very quickly and went above and beyond to make sure we were set for our week stay! We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful!

When we pulled up, the outside of the property looked somewhat boring and we worried about the proximity of the main road in terms of noise- we were pleasantly surprised upon entering. We absolutely adored this condo. It was just right for our group of 4. It was quiet, clean, and nice. Cute decorations, well appointed! We were thrilled that everything we needed was there! This is one of those rare times when the unit was simply perfect and easy - we have nothing negative to even report!!! The location was perfect, parking was easy. Keyless entry was easy. Beds were good. Laundry machines in unit. Kitchen was flawless and we appreciated the little pantry with the little extras that we hate to buy on vacation. The host is responsive and nice. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Thank you so much! :)
