Feeling less adventurous and want to stay in and relax? Our home offers the perfect setting for it. You won’t need to travel to experience memories to last a lifetime with the perfect Cape Cod vacation. Spend the day on Craigville Beach or one of the several area beaches! Take a short drive down to main st. Hyannis for a variety of restaurants and night life. eat at one of the several restaurants on the water at Lewis bay or have a cookout right at home and lounge on the deck. Our home offers a large fenced in area for the kiddos to play and a large family room with mini bar and mini frig for entertaining. The home comfortably accommodates sleeping quarters for 12 and is spread out so you won’t feel crammed! The perfect Cape Cod vacation home!!

The place was immaculate and absolutely beautiful. So much room and a great location. The hosts were wonderful and responded very quickly if we had any questions. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a great home in the heart of Cape Cod . The host was super. He communicated before, during, and after our stay. Bottom line, this is the place to stay on Cape Cod - it will not disappoint.

Beautiful house in great location. Lots of room for 5 adults, 3 children and a baby. Hyannis less than 10 minutes away with great Main Street, shops, restaurants and charm. Can’t say enough about the excellent communication with hosts: before our stay, answering all our questions; once there, immediately getting back to us. On our last day there was a problem with the air conditioning and Kurt got on it-fixed lickety split. The reason I gave it a 4 is that there were some essentials missing-paper products and kitchen needs which we had to buy ourselves. I am sure hearing this, our hosts will take it to heart.

Lovely Location, Helpful Hosts

Our extended family of 7 adults and 4 small children felt very comfortable and at home in this spacious home. Right near lakes and beaches, mini golf and delicious ice cream spots! The hosts could not have been more responsive!

Larger than it looks

We were 100% satisfied with this property and would rent it again. Everyone had their own space with room to all be together as well. What surprised me the most - we stayed in for dinner a couple of nights and every pan size, dish, and utensil was there!! I couldn’t believe it!! Even a pan large enough for 3 pounds of pasta, strainer, and a large enough bowl to serve it in!! We’ve been renting on the cape for years and this was my favorite!

Cape Week

The property was nice. Green mold in the entrance way but inside was lovely. We made the mistake on Wednesday night of leaving cookies out on the kitchen counter covered in aluminum foil. Next morning there were tiny ants on the counter. Did not make that mistake again. Overall the house was nice and we enjoyed staying there.

Family Fun on the Cape

Our family had a great reunion and vacation at this rental home. House was beautiful and very spacious. The basement room was perfect for family games after dinner. The location was close to the beach and commercial areas. House was also very clean and obviously well cared for. Would definitely rent again.

Great home for a group & great hosts

This home was great for our New Years gathering of 4 couples. Well appointed, spacious kitchen and living areas with a bonus downstairs living area as well. Great communication with the hosts - Kurt and Trish - they were so helpful with restaurant and shopping recommendations. We were very happy to ring in the new year there.

Amazing house and even more amazing host

The house was perfect! It was everything it said it was and more. It was a beautiful house in a perfect setting on Cape Cod, which was centrally located. Kurt was an absolutely wonderful host. There was a terrible mix-up with VRBO. Many of us had multiple listings booked. And VRBO was incredibly unhelpful and a nightmare to deal with. Kurt, however, saved the day for us and made it so we didn’t have to deal with nightmare that was VRBO. Thank you Kurt for helping make our trip to the Cape a wonderful one!

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for our large group. A few of us worked while here, and there was space to spread out and have privacy. The house was very clean. Best of all was the easy communication with Kurt and Trish. Every question was answered immediately. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

Great, spacious and clean home close to everything!

The house is actually much bigger than it looks in the pictures. It has been recently remodeled with new floors and a new kitchen and is nicely furnished. The owners are exceptionally good hosts and were very responsive to even the slightest request. We would definitely stay there again!
