This newly remodeled 2-bedroom 2-bathroom flat with designer furniture is the perfect place to relax. Enjoy watching the waves from your sofa while lounging in this professionally decorated condo. The chef's kitchen is ideal for a quick meal. The master bedroom also has fantastic beach views. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from your large wraparound balcony.

This 3rd-floor condo with elevator access has breathtaking views of the beach and pool from nearly every room. Sit back and relax in this comfy, newly remodeled condo with designer furnishings. Plenty of space for your entire family!

This neat & tidy one-level condo is sure to please!

Spanish Trace offers lighted tennis and shuffleboard courts. There are beach area showers so that you can spray off that excess sugar sand on your way back into your townhome.

A one-time parking fee per vehicle of $15 (cash) will be charged and collected by the on-site office at the complex. The maximum number of cars is 2, except for the week of July 4th, when the maximum is one vehicle.

Wonderful stay with perfect view

This is a lovely condo with a wrap around corner balcony. Such an amazing beach front view!! Perfect for watching the sunrise. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Would definitely stay here again!

Can't beat this place!

This is the second time our family has stayed in this unit and we will be back again. The unit is immaculate and well stocked. The balcony is heaven, and we spent most of our time here, listening to and watching the ocean waves. A grocery store is nearby making it easy to stock the large kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Fun at the Beach

Great ocean front property. Well maintained. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Location was close enough to downtown to make visiting easy, but far enough out to avoid most of the congestion. Spectacular sunrise views. Would not hesitate to visit again.

Excellent property and management

Very nice property right on the water. Extremely clean and updated. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had a problem with our luggage and the property manager was very reaping to help us. Highly recommend!

Able to sit on balcony and watch the sun rise. Got great pictures. Only a short drive to all activities in St Augustine. Would come back.

Exceptional Vacation

Ten years coming to St. Augustine and this condo is our favorite. The corner on the third floor and wrap-around balcony makes it a unique privilege. The ocean sound lulled us to sleep. The condo is well appointed and owner very accommodating.

Nicely Remodeled with Great Oceanfront Balcony!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this newly remodeled and very clean condo. We loved dining on the large balcony while enjoying the awesome oceanfront view! Being on the top floor provided a nice, quiet environment. The host was helpful and friendly. Just an overall great stay!

Lovely condo with great views!

The property was well maintained, common areas were clean, and parking was plentiful. The condo is beautifully updated, kitchen was well-outfitted, and the VIEW from the balcony was amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to book this location again.

Relaxing vacation

This property was very clean and had an amazing view of the beach and pool from the balcony. Our family enjoyed the tennis court and basketball courts as well. A quick walk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth. It was close to visit downtown St Augustine as well.

Very nice place

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to sit on the balcony & watch the ocean. One member of our group used a walker & having only 1 elevator for the whole complex that was at the front of the building was difficult. The condo was very comfortable & nicely furnished.
