A great house right across the bay from Langley

The pictures looked good when we booked, but still they didn't do the interior of the house justice. It was a beautiful home, laid out well and a pleasure to stay in. The furniture and furnishings are all in very good shape. All the rooms are spacious and you don't end up running in to everyone else on the trip all the time. The view out of the back over the water is really nice, especially at night. Spring was just starting during our stay, but the landscaping around the property looks as if it is well-maintained and lush in the warmer months. The neighbors and neighborhood were very quiet. The air force base plays reveille every morning at 6:30, which was much more of a novelty than anything else. Some other reviews mentioned the fighter jets taking off, which without a doubt was totally awesome to watch. They kept their flights to reasonable daytime hours so you aren't likely to be woken up or otherwise bothered by training flights.

Just Wow 🤩

Let me just start by saying Wow 🤩 From the moment you walk into the house It’s Nothing like the pics. The house is beautiful & the view is Amazing! They had everything from bedsheets, to towels, to Keuriq coffee & creamers… Master bath even has body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The beds are comfy & the Family Room is Great!!! My kids definitely enjoyed Disney + ( included) and UNO games….Few heads up: The bathrooms don’t lock, except Master toilet Bring bug spray, if you are like me who likes to be outside You will Need it! ( lots & lots of mosquitoes) There is Air Force near by, so get ready to hear Jets morning to Night ( didn’t bother us as we live close to the airport) Actually, enjoyed watching them doing tricks ;-) The beach is Not walkable, it’s 15 minutes drive, but very nice ( white sand, but muddy) And finally, you have to try the Mexican Restaurant across the street, very good Nachos, fresh guacamole, and Amazing Margaritas!!! Definitely Would Recommend & Return P.S. Cosmos team is Awesome 👏 They respond right away & if you need anything You Got It!!! Thank you 🙏

Amazing

A beautiful house with an amazing location by the river. Gorgeous gardens with stunning views and all you could need. The communication and kindness from the owner were wonderful. The decoration and layout were beautiful throughout. We would love to stay again. Thank you.

Fabulous place!

The home was spacious, clean, well stocked, the view and garden were amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s a town house but the neighbors were quiet and unnoticed. The kitchen was perfect for dinner and the grill outside was brand new. The principal bedroom was so large! The walk in shower had a great shower head. The back patio was spacious as well. The host had a welcome goody basket and plenty of coffee pods for the coffee maker. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner were provided. The linens were clean and gentle to our bodies. The mattress was a medium firmness but slept well. I can genuinely say this is the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. We travel to this area a couple times a year and hence forth we plan to book with Kosmos at this location each time. Oh, the owners we exceptionally communicative and made us feel beyond welcomed. Did I mention the view? Ah-mazing! You could see the sunrise over the water from the principal bedroom and the living room. Every morning I saw the sun rise from the bed and drank my coffee on the back patio enjoying the breeze from the water. Also there is a taco place across the street with delish tacos and margaritas to go! If you are nervous because it’s a new property, take the risk. I’m very particular and I was blown away!

Our property is diverse and can meat your needs no matter if it’s business or pleasure, traveling by yourself, with a group of friends or with your family.❤️

We put thoughtfulness and love into carefully decorating our property for you, it has all your needs brand new. Who knew how fun Hampton could be, and everything is near by within 10 minutes drive. There are also delicious hidden gem restaurants within walking distance. There is a military base nearby and as a military family ourselves we take care of those who serve, send us a message for a special discount. Access to the bay and so much more. Our property can be a vacation all on its own without having to go anywhere else!
