Enjoy sipping a favorite beverage from the beach-view balcony, lounging in the living room after a full day, and preparing meals together in the well-equipped kitchen. Additional perks include direct beach access, a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and free WiFi.

Not only will you be steps from white sand beaches, you’ll also be near an array of activities including hiking and biking trails, water activities like boating and kayaking, and other recreational activities like tennis, golf, and mini-golf.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice condo with beautiful views and balconies in every room. Very close to beach and easy access to unit. No long waits at elevators.

Overall great! Loved the location and view. Bedrooms were dusty, but other than having to dust the headboards off before placing our pillows and a few other surfaces, everything else was clean. The unit is in need of minor repairs all over, but nothing that bothered us. Overall we loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Good unit unless you have an issue

Pros: walk onto the beach was short, smaller building with less crowded beach area, parking with larger spots available, view of the beach, close to restaurants and shopping Cons: unit needed to be deep cleaned, floors were covered in sand and immediately turned socks black, fans and tv were caked in dust, had issues with the AC reached out to the number listed and did not receive an answer until over 24 hours later, they did not offer to come out to fix the issue just gave us a list of things to try which were obvious and we already tried.Overall, we did enjoy the location and size of unit. For the price paid I expect better customer service and cleanliness. Probably would not stay here again.

We loved the condo and the location. Only a couple of very minor issues - no pot holders in the kitchen and one bedroom shelves/hanging rod not installed so there was no place to hang clothes

Family trip

We used Vacasa last year and I was so pleased with our experience that it was without question whether I would book again this year. This condo exceeded my expectations, it was clean, decorated with taste and had easy beach access. We had a misunderstanding with checkin and our bags were taken by the cleaning lady, but she returned everything but one Amazon package…may have been misplaced or lost but other than that this trip was amazing. I hope to book this same condo next year! Maybe a discount for returning customers would be nice 😊

What an amazing view! The place has been remodeled and is very nice we loved it had some issues with the first place it was double booked but Vacasa took very good care of us and found a place that we were happy we ended up with a great place I would stay there again in a heart beat! Great location on the beach

The location and size of this condo was wonderful. There were a few things that needed/needs attention, there were lights out in both bathrooms, the kitchen counter tops were sandy (we had to clean then before we could put up our groceries), there was a bag of towels left on the couch in the living room, and the towels and washcloths in the bathrooms smelt musky. We had to wash and dry them before we could use them.

Probably won’t stay here again. Rental company was rude from day 1 and not any help.

I called multiple times to see if our balcony would be closed for construction prior to our arrival. No one could give me a definite answer on anything. We arrived an hour before check in. I already had the code to get in, but in message it said I could call for early check in if it’s available. Person on the phone wasn’t very friendly and told me I could not check in until I received confirmation text that condo was ready. I NEVER received a text to check in. We had no patio furniture on balcony. I called and was told that was not an amenity but yet it was listed in the pictures online. The balcony lights didn’t work and the cable in the living room wouldn’t work correctly.

Great Stay but

Stay was good but the elevator worked sometimes and sometimes it didn't. Reported it fix it, then broke in 6hrs again. Wife can't do steps. Rent it because it had a elevator. But great view and location

Condo unsanitary! No management contact

Location is great! Condo has nice makeover BUT.. From the minute we arrived, code was incorrect. Took 30 ish minutes to get in touch with someone from Vacasa. Upon entering, condo was not clean to normal specifications. King bedroom was not made and linens were not to be found. Lamps needed light bulbs, patio light was out, floors were filthy with hair and sand everywhere. Multiple calls were made with no response from management on anything. We had to ask the neighbor if we could borrow sheets. Multiple calls again with a response linen’s were truer to be delivered but glass door was locked. We only locked glass door when we went to sleep, after midnight. We get home later that day and we have sheets outside our door, and sheets inside. Which were the wrong size and still no blankets or pillow cases. So someone comes inside our condo but we get no heads up at all. Again, multiple calls requesting management contact us and nothing.
