The living room sofa converts to a Queen size bed for additional guests.

*** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit will begin September 9th, 2025, with an estimated completion for this unit projected on or around October 7th, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

Effective July 1, 2025: There will no longer be a Resort Fee, and parking for the first vehicle will be free.
Current Resort Fee Details (until June 30, 2025): The Papakea Resort Fee is $25 per day and includes one parking permit. Any additional vehicles will incur an extra charge of $5 per day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not managed by My Perfect Stays.
