“It’s A Vibe” offers you and your family a comfortable and noteworthy stay. This lovely home features a world of fun in the sun. Equipped with a private saltwater pool, the summer days have never been cooler! On the top floor of this beautiful home is where you’ll find the open living area with deck access, a game room with foosball, shuffleboard, and a mini-fridge, a spacious dining room, a kitchen with front deck access, and spectacular ocean views. On the first floor is where you’ll find a Queen bedroom with a TV and a private bath, a bedroom with 2 Twins and a TV, a full hall bath, a King bedroom with a TV, and a palatial King bedroom with a TV, private bath featuring a double sink and tiled shower, and a connected sunroom with a daybed so you can keep little ones close. Decks can be found on every level and are perfect for sipping your morning coffee or reflecting on the day. The crow's nest is a vacation necessity between the salty breezes you’ll catch and the breathtaking views. Catch a frame-worthy sunrise or sunset from this magnificent spot! This home utilizes a Ring Doorbell for security.

It’s A Vibe is located on a quiet residential street in Kitty Hawk, perfect for family bike rides or walks. With numerous mouthwatering restaurants, eclectic shops, and historic sightseeing locations to be discovered and enjoyed, Kitty Hawk will quickly become a favorite. Very happy with our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The biggest thing for us is having enough space for everyone and our dogs when going on vacation. It's a vibe definitely fit the bill. It was in a great location, close enough to the beach and all activities in the obx but also there were a lot of amenities in the house (i.e. games, pool Items, etc). The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again in the future!

Family gathering

Nice home, quiet neighborhood. Pool was warm enough to swim in for a couple of days which was nice for October. Checked in to find a smoke detector beeping intermittently. Called maintenance number, told how to disarm it and someone would be out the next day to fix (Sunday). No one ever came. Crow's nest was the best part of the stay. Sunrises and sunsets were incredible.

Family Vacay

We absolutely loved this place. The location is perfect, only a short walk to the beach. The house met all of our expectations and more, especially in regards to ocean views. The pics do not do it justice! The pool is a great amenity and the beds are very comfortable. The floor plan is perfect for multiple families as we never felt like we were in each other’s space. The best part was the costumer service by Coast Realty. They were extremely accommodating and attentive to all our needs. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend booking any place through Coast Realty! They will go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your trip.

It was nice but...

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Weird layout and the room with the double twin beds had hardly any air flow and was super hot all week! Two lounge chairs by the pool were broken when we got there, carpets were dirty, roach jumped at us one night in the living room and the kitchen had very little to work with cooking wise, limited pots and pans. No one came to clean the pool at all or replace the skimmer net we told them was broken.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has pluses and minuses. The advantages: the house was clean, it is a short walk to the beach, the decks are expansive and the crows nest deck has a wonderful view, the pool area is clean and very nice, the host accommodated our 4 dogs. The rooms are fine. The master bedroom is spacious. The cons: We cooked a lot and the kitchen area is small, the pans were poor quality to cook, the TV on the main living room was small for the space, the dining table was old and chairs uncomfortable and too low for the table. 3 chaise lounges around the pool were broken. The management company replaced them.

Fabulous Beach Vacation at Kitty Hawk- It's a Vibe

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We (family and friends) had a great beach vacation recently at the It's a Vibe rental property at Kitty Hawk. The house and very spacious, comfortable, well furnished and convenient. Rooms, Beds and futon are very comfortable. Beach access is one block away and just 5 min walk. 5 to 10 min drive to multiple shopping options, including groceries. Beach cart is very handy. AC works well and is cool inside but cannot go below 70. Enjoyed the fabulous swimming pool and enclosed outside shower. Hammocks are clean. Eagles or Bird's Nest gave excellent view of the ocean, the general area and July 4th fireworks. Lots of cups, glasses, dishes, utensils, cooking pots, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with icemaker, Kuerig coffee maker etc. Parking for 6 to 7 cars, including covered parking for 2. Also has a charging plug for electric cars. Lots of furnished deck space in the front and back at two levels. Lots of shade on porch. There was enough covered deck for pet dog to hang out longer than just early dawn and dusk. There is a top load washer with dryer on top, but dryer takes a long time to dry clothes. Coast Realty was very responsive with any questions or needs, and pleasant to work with. The rental process, including check-in/checkout, was smooth and efficient, and instructions/directions provided were clear. In fact, Coast Realty and Its a Vibe property are clearly the best we have had so far for our beach vacations over the years.Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our care-free stay. We strongly recommend Its a Vibe property and Coast Realty for beach vacation rentals in the Outer Banks area and look forward to using them in the future.
