Unique & lovely beachfront apartment.
Villa Lolita is one of the few truly beach-front rental properties in the region. It is actually the only one in playa Ocotal where you can step off the lawn onto the sand with a cold beverage in hand.
Newly built in 2022 with a fully equipped kitchen, AC, stylish decor, and a fantastic view… you will have a hard time leaving this gem. The villa is located on the ground floor of a two story beach house, but has it´s own private access both to parking and to the beach.
Wake up to the sound of waves gently lapping on the beach, howler monkeys in the trees and birds on your window sill. Enjoy the pristine clear waters of Ocotal while you swim, snorkel or kayak. Soak up the sun on the beach or relax in any of the pools in the well-grommed compound surrounded by tropical flora.
~THE SPACE~
Ideal for couples o individuals who are looking for a quiet place to rest and unwind. Newly furnished with everything you need.
100mb fiber optic internet connectivity for those who wish to work remotely from paradise.
The apartment is 42 sq meters and is accessible for guests in wheelchairs.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed, closet and a TV. It is separated from the living room by a sliding door.
Fully equipped kitchen with a full size electric oven and stove, big fridge, toaster, and coffee maker.
Comfortable, bright and spacious living room with sofa bed, TV and a table with two chairs.
~GUEST ACCESS~
You will have access to all three pools in the Los Almendros compounds.
There is a free parking lot in front of villa 43. Follow the signs toward Villa Lolita, walking down by the left side of the big house through the passway until you will reach the entrance to Villa Lolita.
You may collect the keys of Villa Lolita at the administration office of Los Almendros de Ocotal.

Los Almendros is a private residential complex on the north end of Ocotal Beach. Well maintained with beautiful gardens and three shared swimming pools (there is no private pool for this listing).
The nearest town, Playas del Coco is 3km from Los Almendros (aprox 8 min drive). There you can find several restaurants, stores, pubs, etc.

Since as far as I can remember, my parents would take me and my brother to Ocotal Beach since we were toddlers. We have been fortunate enough to have built and owned several of the houses in Los Almendros de Ocotal. I may be bias, but I believe Ocotal Beach is one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches in the area. Now, more than 30 years later, I manage our newly built apartment, Villa Lolita, which is located at the ground floor of our beach house.

Villa Lolita was recently build and finished in June 2022. It was inspired in my grandmother, Lolita, who was one of the founders of Los Almendros de Ocotal. We have put a lot of love in this apartment, hoping our guests feel at home and spend a memorable vacation.

Beachfront villa. Truly, you can't be any closer. You have your own private access to the beach, and a wonderful view of the ocean from the kitchen. Los Almendros de Ocotal is an upscale beachfront vacation resort in Ocotal Beach. A very friendly and tranquil complex.
