Remodeled Beach Block Home - steps to downtown and the beach!

Create your best family memories this summer in downtown Brigantine! This newly remodeled single family home is in a prime location and walking distance to everything you need for the perfect beach vacation! Steps to the beach, restaurants and shops! Parking is not an issue as this property has a driveway able to fit several cars

This home offers an open floor plan, a large dining table and an oversized kitchen island perfect for entertaining and family fun! Bring your playlist and connect to the Sonos system.

The 1st bedroom is located on the first floor with a queen-sized bed, a premium mattress, and universal charging station . A full-sized bath with walk-in shower is also featured on the first floor.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on the second floor and have full-sized bunk beds and a twin-sized daybed that folds out into a king-sized bed if needed. The 3rd bedroom is also equipped with an Xbox, Xbox One (games provided) and a retro Nintendo system to keep the kids occupied on those rainy days. A full-sized bathroom is located in the hallway of the second floor. This bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a premium mattress, large private bath, and a private deck. Universal charging stations are also provided.

Play corn hole or your favorite outdoor games in the private backyard. Relax and sit by the fire pit at night.

Boardgames, highchair, and Pack-N-Play provided


ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:

* Pillows and blankets are provided but linens and bath towels are the responsibility of the tenant.

* No Pets allowed.

* No smoking.

* Weekly minimum rental from June to September.

* All weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday.

* No prom weekends, senior week, bachelor or bachelorette parties.

Easy/Breazy!

Well stocked house close to everything! items provided included Beach Chairs for all, Cabana, kids beach toys, games, coffee bar (we brought our own coffee, but there was some to use as well), cleaning supplies and paper products. Even hand soaps in all 3 bathrooms. The kitchen/living room layout was spacious and conducive for group dining and hanging out, as was the large backyard. The grill is on the small side, but the well appointed kitchen made up for that. For privacy, there are TVs in other rooms. One of the bedrooms is right off the main living space, and with the open concept, it was a "loud" room as we stay up and play cards. But we stuck a nite-owl in there, so it was not an issue. It is in the center of town, so there is a lot of activity around, but the yard is very private. With Ocean Beverage across the street, and Andre's, Crab Shack, Yanni's and the new Deli all around the corner, it's more than a fair trade. Beach is one easy block away, and Bay views are also close. Dave was a gracious host, and checked in with us to be sure we got in ok and had everything we needed. He was quick to respond both before and during our stay. I recommend!

Gem at brigantine

Great home for a small or large family. Great location. 2 min walk to beach. Lots of beach stuff in the shed. Good communication with the owner. Would stay again.

Not What we expected

We walked in and it smelled like Pine-Sol but was not cleaned very well, but the owner was very responsive, but did not re fund any money for cleaning fees. The baby highchair was not usable. The wagon cart to the beach was broken. Their were possums that lived underneath the shed so we really couldn’t go out at night. We had to get people come and replace the fire pit because that wasn’t working and that grill was really disgusting not cleaned at all ..For the price, I was very unhappy with the cleanliness of the place.

Beach Bliss

This house was amazing! It looked exactly like the photographs. There were 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds and 3 beautiful updated bathrooms. My husband and I stayed here with another couple. The house had so much room to host a much bigger crowd. There was an extra fridge in the kitchen which we used for beverages and a coffee bar that we used daily. The owner even supplied coffee beans, a grinder, and filters! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. We enjoyed being so close to the beach (8 houses away) and walking distance to some shops and restaurants ( Andre’s, Yiannis, Rita’s, Crab Shack)…. After the beach we enjoyed sitting in the yard on the Adirondack chairs. One night we roasted marshmallows at the fire pit. This was the 4th house we stayed at in Brigantine and definitely the best one yet! I highly recommend staying here!! Btw, if you have any questions regarding this house the owner was always quick to respond!

Location, Location, Location!

Our group of seven loved our stay at this beautiful house! It is very close to the beach. It's about a 5 minute walk depending on how much stuff you have. There is beach access right at the end of the street. There are shops/package store/restaurants/Wawa all within a very close walking distance. The house is spacious and clean. The primary bedroom is large, with a walk-in closet and has a door to a private deck. The other bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The bedroom on the main floor didn't have a closet, but we just shared the closets from the other rooms, and there are several handy suitcase stands. Plenty of room to hang out in the open concept kitchen/dining room/ living room area. We enjoyed watching the Olympics on the huge tv. One suggestion would be if you want to grill a large amount of food, if you have a travel grill you may want to bring it. The grill they have is on the smaller side. We just utilized the kitchen to cook the rest of food, but the men in the group wanted to grill everything, haha. Our group loved this house and would stay here again!

Perfect beach house!

We had a Mommy Daughter getaway and loved our stay at David's beach home. The house was clean, modern, simple, yet cozy and spacious. As moms, we were impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. Very clean, comfortable beds and 3 spacious bathrooms. It was comfortably furnished and 2 blocks to the beach, around the corner from food. The outdoor decks and fire pit were wonderful for lounging and breakfast. David, our host, was very responsive and flexible. The kids loved the shed full of bikes, beach toys, boogie boards, and more. We can't wait to go back next year!

Wonderful Big Family Beach Rental!

Our big family of 7 had a wonderful week at David’s home in Brigantine. The location in town can’t be beat and the walk to the beach was easy for us and the kids with lots of stuff. The home is very clean, well appointed, nicely decorated, and includes great amenities! We left our beach gear, high chair, and pack and play at home, it was all provided as mentioned in the listing. The big island in the kitchen was a plus as we could seat and feed all 4 kids at breakfast and lunch with plenty of room to spare! An added bonus was the power reclining chair and sofa in the living room for movie night! The king bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable as well, a must have after a long day with young kids! Highly Recommend!

Beautiful property!

My family and I stayed there this past week for our vacation. There were 6 adults, 4 kids, ages 15 months to 9 years old. There was ample room for all! Plenty of open space in the living area. Everything was very clean! Plenty of refrigerator space with 2 in the kitchen! The coffee bar was the highlight for the adults! The kids had plenty of games for evening or daytime if it rained, which we had none! The beach took actually less than 5 minutes to get there on foot! Everything was within walking distance, which was wonderful! There was an arcade within a 2 min walk for the older kids! Grocery store about a mile down the road, and a beer store right across the street! Plenty of restaurants to choose from! Our host was very easy to get ahold of with questions! We will be contacting Dave for our next vacation!

Great Stay With Family

We had a wonderful stay at Dave’s home. Description and pictures are accurate. Home was spacious with plenty of storage. Fenced in yard was perfect for our two young boys. Easy walk to beach and around the corner from some great restaurants and shops. My sister enjoyed having access to bikes during our stay. Would recommend!

Perfect brigantine beach week!

My family of 7 (including my 70 year old parents and my toddler and newborn) had the best beach week! The owners truly made the house feel like home - it was fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fully stocked coffee bar, cleaning supplies, and much more. Some of our highlights included: the retro beer fridge, an xbox in the kids room for chill time off the beach, a closet packed with board games for the whole family, super spacious bathrooms so we were never on top of each other, and one of the comfiest king beds I’ve slept on in the primary bedroom. We loved having dinners at the big dining table on the back deck under the string lights every night. We used the gas grill to bbq and the fire pit at night, and the house even had a spare propane tank if we ran out. For me, one of the most important features was the shed that was stocked with a beach cart on wheels, beach chairs for our whole family, shovels and beach buckets, and even a boogie board - this made our packing so much easier not having to lug all those big items down. We would definitely return with our whole family!

Great Beach Vacation!

We loved everything about this house- close to the beach, great amenities and proximity to shops and restaurants! The set up was perfect for us- everyone had their own space and the games, kitchen and supplies (beach chairs, cabanas, toys, bikes etc) were amazing. Can’t wait to visit again next summer.

A perfect vacation house! First time in Brigantine and had such a great family vacation. David was awesome to work with and they have thought of everything that you would need at the beach. Highly recommended and would absolutely stay there again.

Convenient and comfortable beach spot.

We had a great week at this great newly renovated house close to the beach and shops. The spaces were large, open and bright. The beds were very comfortable. The large open plan living space on the first floor made it fun for our family to spend time together. The Owners were very communicative and helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. My only criticism would be that there was some morning noise from local businesses, but this is just a trade off for the convenience of having them so close by. It was not a big deal for us at all and wouldn't prevent us from renting again.
