Villa Saxony, large terrace with pool & lounge area , pool table

This beautiful villa was built in the traditional style of the region and is located in one of the top residential areas of Cape Coral on the canal.

It is ideal for boaters due to the quick and easy access to the river without water gates or bridges to get to the nearby islands Sanibel and Captiva or Fort Myers Beach.
From the large and friendly entrance area you will get to the living area with a beautiful view over the spacious lanai and pool area.
The open kitchen provides enough space and a dining area with a marvelous view. Enjoy a shared evening of cooking with state-of-the-art equipment, including new stainless steel appliance and Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules).

Play a round of pool in the entrance area. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The spacious master area with king-size bed and private master bathroom extends over the entire right half of the villa. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and a bathtub as well as a separate toilet.

From the master bedroom you have a direct access to the pool area where you can enjoy the sun almost all day long. On the other side of the villa there are two other bedrooms and two bathrooms.
One of the bathrooms has a direct access to the pool area and can be accessed either from the villa or from outside.

Enjoy Floridas wonderful weather in the spacious lanai area with a view over the beautiful pool. The heated pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. The water feels very soft and comfortable on the skin.
Let the day end in the chill-out zone with a large BBQ or just relax at the lounge area.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.
