New to our Rental Program! This lovely 1 bedroom, 2 bath Pelican Watch Villa has breathtaking panoramic views. From your deck stare out to the dunes and the rolling waves. Watch closely - dolphins swim by daily and Shrimp boats can be seen heading in and out. Be in awe of the glorious sunsets. This villa has been remodeled and decorated with detail. The ceilings throughout have been ship-lapped and give you the feel of a being on a ship. The floors are all in California bamboo keeping it cool even on the warmest of beach days. Head out your back deck to the boardwalk...bring a chair and a cool drink - its time for vacation to begin!

Enter this villa to an open living area. Hurricane rated sliding doors and adjustable blinds anchor the far end of the great room. The living area has comfortable furnishings, complete with a Queen sleeper sofa. Stream your favorite Netflix and Prime Shows on the 50" Smart TV. The kitchen has been updated and opened to the living area. Prepare the meals while staring out to the coastline. Stainless appliances and granite counters, Keurig, regular coffee maker and Blender are all for your convenience. The stacked whirlpool wash/dryer is in the pantry just off the kitchen for your convenience. Stools at the kitchen island are a great spot to chat about the days memories. The dining table is a perfect gathering spot for meals, puzzles, and cards! The table seats 6. Head out to the deck and its dining table. This makes the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails and unobstructed sunset views!

Off the main hall is a full bath with a shower making it perfect for your guests. Notice the bead board walls and nautical mirror! Continue down the hall to the master suite. This room is the perfect retreat at the end of a busy day. A king bed, TV and working desk area finish off the suite. The master bath has been renovated with bead board walls, vanity and tub/shower combo.

Bring your favorite fluffy SMALL dog! This villa allows for (1) small dog. The owners have provided wifi, linens, towels (please bring your own beach towels), and beach chairs for you to use.

* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards allowing access to the Club amenities -- Beach Club pools (seasonal), Pelican Nest oceanfront dining (seasonal), the Island House dining, two championship golf courses, and 15 Har Tru tennis courts -- are included with your rental. Venture to the Tennis Center or Equestrian Center and arrange lessons, court time, or a trail or beach ride. There is no charge to use the Beach Club pools with the exception of a $5 towel fee, however, you are responsible for your dining, golf, tennis, or horse activities. The Lake House, Seabrook's property owner's facility, invites you to use its outdoor pool (no fee) and fitness center/indoor pool (fees apply). During the summer there is a full slate of activities on Seabrook, at Freshfields, or Bohicket Marina for young and old alike. Or take a ride to Charleston (25 miles) and enjoy our beautiful city and all it has to offer.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee (60 days required for some larger homes).
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
