Third floor - 2 bedroom 2 bath condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Master bedroom includes a king sized bed equipped w/ sound proof sliding glass doors allowing balcony access, his & her closets & a spacious attached bathroom. Down the hall is the 2nd bedroom/bathroom, a cozy bunk bed & a queen sized bed. The luxurious eat-in kitchen w/ high end appliances overlooks a great family room. The modern sleeper sofa will accommodate large families & sleeps 2 once the sun sets. Less than a mile from Garden City Pier with arcades, restaurants, lives music, karaoke, bars, fishing, ice cream, gift shops.

As always the view of the beach is beautiful being Ocean Front BUT the condo itself is in need of some TLC….The furniture it very uncomfortable including both couches as they both cave in when you sit on them and the bed in the master bedroom is by far the worst I have slept on and the pillows as well! I have stayed a lot of different places over the years and this was definitely not up to standard! Cleanliness is huge with me and the tubs in the bathroom were awful and the shower heads had orange crum on them! Paint peeling off cabinets in kitchen and floors were dirty! Overall the condo is in need of updating and some serious cleaning including baseboards! This was a last minute reservation so I booked because pictures look good on line but to my surprise it was not! For the money you pay , it is not worth it and I would say definitely need to find another housekeeping service that actually cleans! Especially since we have to pay that and when you check in it’s dirty! Would not recommend!

Do not let the pictures fool you. This condo is absolute trash. Its run down. You also only get one parking spot and one key fob to get in and out. Not convenient when you have teenagers that arw not on same schedule as you. The beds have bery low grade mattresses and the overall codo is just bad. You feel dirty the entire time. The pictures of the condo are a joke.Please be cautious when booking here. Attached is a photo of the master tub. In the booking picture they conveniently keep the shower curtain closed. The entire condo is like this.

Disappointed

The check in process was horrible! Have to use a call box to call owner so they can buzz you in the building. Owner did not answer. I used call box multiple times, called the phone number from my phone, text from my phone and sent messages thru VRBO. Owner NEVER responded. We finally found a person that was staying in the building, showed them our reservation information and they were the ones to let us in the lobby door. We stayed and have since checked out. The owner has yet to communicate with us. The worst VRBO experience we’ve had.

Wonderful condo

The condo was wonderful. The kitchen was very well equipped. The balcony was a great size. And the ocean was right there!! We could hear the waves crashing inside the condo with the sliding glass doors shut.

The location was perfect for us. Looks just like it does online. Plenty of room! We had 6 of us (2 adults and 4 kids) and there was still room for more. We hope to stay again!

Disappointed

We were torn between booking this place and another less expensive one, but the pictures made this condo look really upscale so we went with this more expensive unit. Unfortunately, the pictures look much better than this place looks in person. The walls have lots of stains/smudges, the master bathtub is heavily stained, paint is peeling off the kitchen cabinets. and there is an overall sticky feeling to the furniture that just made it feel dirty. I do think it was property cleaned before we arrived—it’s just a much older unit than the pictures depict and is in need of some upkeep. We also had trouble getting ahold of the owners to let us into the building when we checked in, but thankfully someone happened to be leaving the building and let us in. Once we were in, getting into the unit was easy. The location is great and beach access was easy. We would not stay in the particular unit again—it was overpriced for what you get.

Spring Break

Overall the accommodations fit our family of 5 well, the master bed was comfortable. The location of the condo was convenient; it was close to Garden City Pier as well as Surfside. We did not know the code to enter the pool deck area and had to ask another guest. On our last day we found an informational sheet tucked away in a bottom kitchen cupboard; which had a lot of info on it. Only downfalls I saw were with some of the necessities while needed when traveling to another dwelling long distance; only one kitchen towel set, no coffee filters, no garbage bags or extra toilet paper, and no hand soap in the bathrooms. The time away was great; just wasn’t expecting to have to purchase extra things needed for the condo unit at a price I paid to stay. It didn’t downplay our stay just wanted others to be informed and prepared for their stay as well! 😁

The view was amazing, it was priceless. Locacation was very good. The little things need to be worked on to warrent the pricing. Examples: Dining Table chair broken, poor water quality in Master Bath, Kitchen Drawer broken. Condenser unit needs some tlc. Other then those little things. Great stay

Great place to enjoy the Ocean!

We loved this place! From the first step inside the door we were greeted with a spectacular view of the Atlantic. The condo was clean with a comfortable king sized bed in the master. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will rent this condo again. Ps. The sliding door from the master to the balcony is a fantastic attribute.

The host was very accommodating. The place was clean. Great location near Murrels Inlet for food and entertainment. And the ocean view was amazing! Will be staying there again.

We want you to enjoy our home away from home as much as we do! Our condo is in a family oriented area, in between Surfside Beach and Garden City. Directly beside the condo building is a small convenient store and on either side of the building are beach bars with food options if you want to stay in your beachwear! We are walking distance to Garden City Pier which has a restaurant on the pier for breakfast, lunch, & dinner right on the water, an arcade, ice cream shop, shopping, fishing, live music, karaoke, and two bars. Our condo is located 10 min from the popular Murrells Inlet Marshwalk. Murrells Inlet has shopping, restaurants, bars, live music, kayaking, jet ski/boat rentals, & much more. We are 20-30 min drive to Broadway at The Beach.
