Esta acogedora casa unifamiliar junto al mar está a 2 cuadras de la playa, a unas 12 casas de la playa 1. 5 cuadras (¡carrito incluido!). 3 dormitorios, más Den, sala de estar y cama oculta. Vallado en frente y patio trasero. El 90 por ciento de nuestros alquileres son a través de un agente inmobiliario, por lo que tenemos semanas limitadas en línea (por eso tenemos menos reseñas).

Highly recommend! Excellent host, walk to the beach and town, great for families! Jennifer was a superb host. She gave us lots of recommendations for food and things to do, saying no question was too small to ask. The welcome bag and card was a nice touch too. She even offered to extend our stay for free due to bad weather, but we opted to check out late afternoon instead. The property was in great condition, clean and fully stocked. We especially appreciated the beach wagon and chairs - always a hassle to bring your own. Table and chairs for the yard, a grill, and yard games were there too so we could cook and hang out as a family without having to eat or order out every night.Highly recommend booking this home with Jennifer!

Excellent stay. Place as advertised. Had everything we needed and more. Place deceivingly big. Beds comfy. Loved having private back yard. All rooms plenty of space. 2 living rooms. One floor living was nice. Driveway for 3 cars and off street parking. Walking distance to Jersey cow and tiki taco. Both great. Walked to beach. Will definitely stay again. The home was perfect for our family. We loved the 2 sitting areas which were so spacious! The layout of the home is great, as the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the home, which makes it ideal when awakening early! The home was clean with everything we needed. When reaching out to the owner, she was very prompt with our questions and offered great tips and suggestions for our stay. The storage shed had all the beach supplies we needed and we loved the back yard as the weather was perfect and we ate outside our entire stay! My family couldn’t stop raving about the amazing outdoor shower and never even used their bathroom shower! The neighborhood was quiet and Jersey Cow Ice Cream was only a short walk away! Oh and not to mention a driveway to park in which is rare! We will book here again if we get the chance!

A Gem in Brigantine

We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend at the beach. The house is a short block ‘n half walk from a wide flat family friendly beach in a quiet neighborhood. There are deli’s and taco shops within walking distance, as well as a great coffee shop (Mission Coffee) and ice cream stand(Jersey Cow). The shaded backyard is a great spot to hang out and bbq after the day at the beach. 2 car parking in the driveway is a big advantage and the shed had plenty of space for our bikes. The beach wagon, chairs and umbrella were a plus. A gem of a spot to stay!

Lovely house, close to the beach, and the owner was responsive and thoughtful. Arrived to a very nice welcome gift bag, checked in on us during our stay, and extended our departure time on the final day, which we appreciated. Amazing family beach spot!

Jennifer was so accommodating and made the process so seamless! We had a great family weekend for Labor Day! The beach (short walk) is huge and gave us lots of beach space with the kiddos. House was spacious and clean, and gave us enough room for everyone. Having the extra den was awesome too!

Great Location

We had a great time at this property! Walkable distance to 38th street beach which was our families favorite. House came with beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas and a few beach toys. House was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Jennifer, the host, was in constant communication and available for questions.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Loved our stay! The house was clean, comfortable and so close to the beach. Our hostess was wonderful with all our questions, and the house had everything we needed. Our stay was so relaxing, we were able to walk to everything we needed. This was our first time in Brigantine, and we would definitely return to stay here again! The weather was amazing and the beach was so clean and not overcrowded. Our hostess provided beach tags, beach chairs, and umbrellas to use, it made our stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful Beach Bungalow

We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend at this house! It is beautifully decorated, spacious and clean! The location is perfect, close to the beach, close to restaurants and ice cream parlors. The owner Jennifer is such a sweet woman! She helped me navigate my way through town, I have never stayed in Brigantine. She made me feel at home in her home!!! I am looking forward to going back next Summer!!

Weekend at Brigatine

Jennifers house was absolutely perfect, it is up the road from the beach . walkable to everything . The house was big with separate sections for privacy and is super cozy, she has everything you need from games, cooking essentials and beach chairs. My 80yr old mother loved it so did my 12 year old and his friend. I will definitely be staying there again.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this property! Jen made us feel right at home with her personalized touch. From the start, she informed us about the newly installed outside shower, just the first of many delightful surprises. The spotless, spacious house pleasantly exceeded our expectations from the pictures. Jens thoughtful decoration of the dining room for my husband's birthday made it even more special. The fully stocked kitchen with sandwich and trash bags was a true life-saver, ensuring a stress-free stay. The bathroom had everything we needed and more! My husband loved the convenience of the beach wagon for a short 2-block walk. Jens attention to detail and commitment to our comfort created a perfect blend of home-like coziness and top-notch hotel comfort. We are immensely grateful for making our vacation unforgettable. Fantastic Time, Great Host!

Excellent trip, beautiful home, walking distance to the beach. Without a doubt, BEST communication from a host I've ever had. Jennifer went over-the-top to ensure we had the best trip possible, starting with a detailed informational phone call a week before, and then numerous texts with additional info. The home was exactly as pictured, fully-stocked, comfy, homey, more than enough space for my husband, two toddlers, and in-laws. Loved the quiet neighborhood and privacy of the backyard. Huge plus that it had beach chairs/umbrellas/wagon (less for me to bring!) Had everything we needed, and then some. Would definitely book again for our trip to Brigantine next year!

Beautiful beach vacation

Our family had a great stay at Jennifer's home. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and two kids. The house has a fenced in yard with table and chairs, grill and outdoor shower which made the outside space enjoyable as well. The house is a quick walk to the beach, supermarket and drug store- maybe 5-6 minutes. Working with Jennifer was wonderful-- she knew we were celebrating my dad's birthday and left him a gift, candles and a birthday banner. We would love to visit again!

This house is very spacious. Two living rooms, two full baths, and spacious bedrooms were appreciated. The fenced in yard would be great for folks w kids. Beds were comfy. Go to St Georges Pub for their activity nights. They are really fun.

A roomy and comfortable rental

The place is much bigger than it looks in the pics. It had plenty of room for my family including 4 adults and 2 children, a 2 and 4 year old to spread out and not be on top of one another. Very clean. Included everything needed except linens. Jen, the owner was very responsive and answered any questions. Nice backyard. Quiet neighbors. Centrally located and you can walk to the beach, but we usually drove as we had kids and there was always free parking near the entrance. Easy check in and check out. No problems or issues. I will likely rent this property again.

Awesome Place For a Family Vacation

We found the place super clean when we arrived!!! And it is located in a very quite area of Brigantine. With children we had a 7 to 8 minute walk to the beach (not bad at all) and we felt our house, the beach and the entire area was very Family friendly!!!

All Around Great Experience!

It was so great to work with Jen. From the very start she made us feel welcome and that she wanted to make this a great experience for us. She provided lots of details and suggestions and was open to lots of questions. The property was perfect for us! Lots of little amenities that made our experience great. We loved the wagon for pulling beach stuff. We were able to invite family who were staying nearby for dinner because there was so much usable space. Short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, all around great place!
