Beautiful home located in a great spot to enjoy OBX. I think the house is way better than the photographs. We had a great time! Highly recommend!

Property was clean, modern and perfect for our party of 8. We had all the amenities needed and beach access was very convenient. This location was also very central to many of our planned daily activities. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely book again if needed.

Great Place!

We came in town not for vacation and needed a home close by to family - it was a perfect location. The owners are very accommodating, and had great communication. Their home was perfect, will be staying there again

Our stay here was wonderful. We had all the comforts of home. The owners were wonderful with communication. Safe, lovely neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Home Away From Home in Southern Shores

Shawn & Shannon’s place was as advertised and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our holiday weekend. Their home was spotless, accommodating, in the perfect location within a short walk to the beach and with modern upgrades. We hope to be back next year!

Our families rented 4 properties this week. This was the nicest by far. Great space for family dining, huge kitchen for meal prep, NUMEROUS decks for outdoor conversations. It was great. An easy walk to the beach, tons of parking in the driveway. It is great.

Beautiful home - great location!

The house was even more beautiful than the photos show - and impeccably clean. The neighborhood was quiet; easy walk to the beach; great location for shopping, restaurants and connection to both Duck and Kitty Hawk. The hosts provided excellent communication and we had no issues with entry/arrival/departure. We will definitely be back!

Thanksgiving Visit

The home is very well appointed with everything you could need: propane for the grill, cooking pans, spices, soft towels and extra blankets for relaxing in the couch! Very clean and lovely!

Birthday Beach Bash

We came to celebrate our son’s birthday and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay here! This house was spectacular. It was spotless, the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in! It had everything we needed. The welcome basket was a very sweet touch and made us feel welcomed.

Perfect for a family getaway!

The trip was fantastic from start to finish. Property owner was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The little extras in the home for a toddler (highchair, baby gate, etc) were a welcome surprise and made our stay easy and comfortable! The house was impeccable and the location was extremely convenient to both the beach and downtown Duck for shopping. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would stay again!

This home is wonderful! Not only is it convenient to shopping and to beach access, it is spacious and more than well equipped to handle large groups. You will feel at home in their lovely place! This is our second time saying.

Golf trip

Property was nice, all enjoyed. Did not like that we had to make the beds upon arrival which was not communicated prior to arrival. We were later arriving and delayed us after a long day traveling and golfing.

Thank you for taking great care of our home. We apologize for not communicating with you about the bed linens. It has been our practice for several years to have the clean bed sheets and bath towels bagged in each room. This is the first time it has been mentioned being an issue. We appreciate your feedback and will make changes going forward. We hope overall you enjoyed your stay and if you visit the Outer Banks again, we'd be happy to have you stay again.

Excellent location - close to beach

We loved staying at this property in Southern Shores, NC. The home was very clean, updated, and had lots of room for family members to spread out. There were plenty of areas to gather and play games and also plenty of areas to find quiet moments and solitude. The communication from the property owners was fantastic and they were super responsive with any questions we had. Short walk to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. Would love to go back next summer.

Perfect Spot!

This house was perfect, great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach, and super clean. And I mean seriously clean. Immaculate. House was huge, had all the kitchen stuff we needed to make dinners. The hosts were also great, responded super quick to any questions and helped us out when we needed. Would love to come back and stay here again. 0 complaints.

Lovely Property!

We had a great stay at this property. It was spacious and spotless. The owners had so many conveniences in the house! I felt like I was in my own kitchen!! The bedrooms are great size and most of them have decks. The proximity to the beach is also a huge plus. We walked each time and it wasn’t exhausting even after hours at the beach. The neighborhood is wooded and super quiet and chill. We loved it and will hopefully return!!

Forever Memories

This was our first beach house we have booked as a Family. This house did not disappoint! It was spotless and beautifully decorated! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and felt right at home the moment we walked through the door. The house provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
