Settled into the LowCountry, you can expect frequent visits by the local ducks while enjoying the comfort of 1988 heated and cooled square feet. This villa features a spacious open layout with a dining table for 6, comfortable and coastal furnishings in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
Accommodations:
The home sleeps up to 8 guests with three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa. The first-floor primary bedroom and one upstairs bedroom each feature a king bed, while the third bedroom includes a queen and a twin. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional space, with Smart TVs throughout for added comfort.
Outdoor:
Step through the sliding glass doors off the living room and enjoy serene, outdoor living complete with a BBQ and beautiful foliage.
