The exclusive apartment is located in the new private complex in the center of Playa del Carmen, in a private and quiet park, one square from the taxi stations, and from 5th Avenue and the main beaches, also accessible to the disabled as it is equipped with a lift. barrier-free, with a large outdoor swimming pool, solarium and gym. Concierge services and 24-hour lift. Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace. The price includes up to 15 watts of electricity per day.

Solea Suite 309 offers wide and comfortable spaces to its guests, totally air-conditioned, a big, furnished living room that can be transformed in a double sofa-bed, with a led-TV, Netflix, and free Wi-Fi internet. From the other side, with a panoramic view, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with four cooker hobs, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, accessories, coffee machine, and mixer. In addition, it has a big dining room with a table of large dimensions, for six seats.
