Blocks to St. Charles Streetcar couldn't be easier, making it a breeze to get to the French Quarter. Our Cottage is close to Ochsner/Baptist, Audubon Park/Zoo, Magazine St, Loyola, and Tulane.

The space
Beautifully restored New Orleans creole cottage with stylish furnishings. This house has 12-foot ceilings, open concept, and offers a local New Orleans experience! The cottage has the modern amenities you’re looking for, including an updated well stocked kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, and central A/C, fast high-speed internet on the entire property. Two bedrooms + sleeping alcove and 2 bathrooms. This cottage is the place to stay, while easily accommodating 6 guests**.

Sleeping: All beds come with high quality linen and ample space for guest’s belongings. There are two independent bedrooms and one bunk sleeping alcove room. One king bed in bedroom one, with two XL twins in bunk alcove room (attached to bedroom one by the bathroom), one queen in bedroom two, and one trundle day bed in common area.

Kitchen: All new stainless steel appliances with ample tableware, glasses, and cookware, although you will likely prefer to enjoy one of the many walking distance restaurants that New Orleans is notorious for. The coffee station includes a drip coffee maker and Keurig. Complementary coffee, coffee pods and creamers are provided for your convenience. Easily walk (one block) to the local grocery (Rouse's Market) for all other food needs!

Living Area: offering plenty of cozy seating options with two full size sofas ,58" 4K Smart TV in the front seating area.

Entertainment: 3 Samsung smart TV’s are provided. Living room TV offers Roku which you can access live TV through AT&T D stream app . Easily access other app's including Hulu and Netflix with your own username and password in the two bedrooms. 58 inch in the living area, 43 inch in the two bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi included.

Bathroom: 2 full bathrooms with quality towels, Blow dryer and toiletries provided for your connivence.

Washer & Dryer: For your convenience, full-size washer & full-size dryer are provided available for use free of charge. We also offer iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Central Air Conditioning and Heating: We have central air conditioning to help keep you cool and comfortable during the warm, New Orleans summers! The central air is also equipped with heat, should your stay require it. Bedrooms and living rooms have ceiling fans to keep air flowing.

Outside: Private gated locked backyard with patio, charcoal grill, and seating.
