With the gorgeous sands of Holmes Beach just a few blocks away, you can easily spend days on the sand and return home for mid-day naps and snacks. You’ll also be within walking distance to plenty of local restaurants and bars, or hop on the free Anna Maria Island Trolley, which stops at the end of the street and puts the entire island at your doorstep from Coquina Beach in the south to the city of Anna Maria in the north.

Although it couldn’t be easier to explore, you may not venture far once you lay eyes on your back yard, a private oasis featuring a brand-new pool with a travertine deck, sun shelf, and a spa. When you’re not playing in the pool, relax on a sunny chaise, play a game of corn hole, or practice your short game on the putting green.

Inside, you’ll find a space just as refreshing, and everything from the floors to the ceiling fans is brand-new in here as well. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a standalone island/breakfast bar, quartz countertops, and a pass-through to the laundry/game room, so the kids don’t even have to stop their foosball game to get a snack. The dining table seats eight at mealtime, or perch at the breakfast bar for a quick snack. After a day in the sun, relax on the large sectional in the living room while you watch a bit of TV. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem - all three bedrooms also feature TVs, and two offer direct backyard access as well. Even better, the split floor plan ensures that each of the bedrooms receives plenty of privacy. With one of Florida’s prettiest beaches right outside your front door a resort-like pool of your own, and a brand-new living space to call your own, the hardest decision you’ll have to make is how many extra days to book.

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October
This property has a 7-night stay requirement.
This property's maximum occupancy is limited to 6 guests.
Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
