The home is customized throughout-stonework up to the ceiling, custom kitchen, handmade furniture in two of the bedrooms, decorative tile bathrooms, and the perfect amount of relaxation space and seating- its the perfect floor plan.
Plenty of beachside exterior patios both upstairs and down. Upstairs margarita deck, downstairs covered patio, and a palapa out back to enjoy the beach in the shade.
Home has a private courtyard through the front entrance with charcoal BBQ grill, seating, and twinkle lights for evening enjoyment. Please note that ATVs can not be stored at the home, due to HOA rules; you are welcome to park your ATV at the guard gate while it is not in use. Guards are there 24/7.
