Step inside this vacation rental and find yourself in an open, sunlit, and very spacious interior with a vaulted ceiling as well as updated amenities and furnishings. The well-equipped, eat-in kitchen is ready to help you prepare anything from your morning coffee to elaborate, full-course dinners. Dine together or play a few board games at the dining table with seating for six, and then settle into the living area and stream your favorite TV channels. Don't forget the popcorn!

You and your guests are also invited to use a number of on-site resort amenities including an outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, and more!

Trip Home to AZ

We chose this condo because we had previously spent a week in this complex at another unit and the area is absolutely perfect with shopping and dining just around the corner. The views from the foothills are beyond beautiful and just up Campbell Rd you can capture some really gorgeous sunsets pics. The condo is comfy but could use a few minor updates in the bathrooms, but they are very servicable. This is a great value for a summer stay in Tucson.

Could be an exceptional rental.

We stayed for a month and it fit most of our expectations. The condo is set up well for at least up to 5 people comfortably. We enjoyed the private patio and the condo pool area was very close to this unit. The kitchen had just the right amount of amenities. We were very happy with the location in the foothills - it was very easy to get anywhere in the Tucson area. The only drawbacks to the unit were the cleanliness and general upkeep. It had been surface cleaned before we arrived, but there were a number of areas that needed deep cleaning, including bathrooms and carpets. My husband fixed 2 of the folding doors that were coming off the guides, a toilet that kept running, and used painters tape to hold a glass pane in the patio door from falling out.This unit would be an outstanding rental if these issues would be taken care of and we would love to return then.

Great location, nice property

Nice 3 bedroom condo

Nice place to call home base for a long weekend. Condo was comfortable and clean. Great location in the Tucson foothills and near great dinning options.

Great place, pool is not useable

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 children (ages 3&4) the place was the perfect size for us. The big downfall was the pool. When we planned to stay here, we were planning on having a ton of pool days. Talked to the place before the stay to make sure the pool is heated (was told it is from Nov- march, we stayed in mid November) and upon arrival the pool was FREEZING. It was a huge downfall for our whole trip.i reached out to the company 3 times because we were told it would be heated and finally on the 3rd time they told me they only heat the pool enough to keep it from freezing not comfortable for swimming. Also, a dead mouse was in the pool. It was a huge bummer on our whole trip. But the condo part was perfect. Space for everyone and clean, just very bummed about the pool.

Very comfortable

We stayed in this condo while visiting relatives and it was very clean, comfortable, and the location was great. Close to shops and hiking. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great location!

Nicely located walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, and a very nice mall! Condo was clean and spacious, kitchen well equipped, and had a washer and dryer which would have been nice if we stayed longer!

Perfect for what we needed!

I grew up north of Tucson, so any chance I get to come home, I take it. This trip was to attend Tucson Comicon with my kids, nephew and goddaughter. House full of teens but plenty of space for everyone. The condo is more spacious than expected. The beds, we all agree, are fantastic! House was clean with plenty of board games on hand. Kitchen is well equipped. Absolutely recommend. The company Vacasa is also excellent! My original booking had an emergency maintenance issue and was unavailable. Even though this happened the day we were to check in, the company contacted me right away to offer a solution. The original home was to accommodate my group along with my friend and her neices. They didn't have another property available that would accommodate our large party but offered us two condos within 5 minutes of each other with no additional fees for the inconvenience. Both condos were lovely. Great customer service from this company!

Disappointed in Tucson

We booked this place because we stayed in January and highly rated it then. Imagine our disappointment this time when we encountered many issues listed below: Dirty carpet, roach in bathroom, slow draining tubs, hot water issues upstairs, dusty light fixtures in all rooms including ceiling fans, cobwebs and spiders (large) in all vaulted ceilings, broken non functioning smoke detector, sink flies, candy wrappers and other items in the sofa bed and behind both couches and the tile floor was filthy as evidenced by the black color on the bottom of my feet after walking in the house for 45 minutes! We will not be returning even though the location is most convenient for our needs.

Would stay again

The location was good and the condo had everything we needed. The parking was an issue which we had to resolve ourselves, though the Vacasa contact was reachable and friendly, it was out of her hands. The rug in the living room smelled horrible and the heating and cooling was a little tricky - it was hot upstairs and cold on the main floor a lot. The light in the laundry area was not sufficient. But overall it offered more than it lacked.

Comfortable and convenient

The townhouse is located right off Skyline and near La Encantada. It was easy to come back and relax and was ideal for our family for a Christmas vacation to see other family but have our own place to let our hair down. Had hoped the weather would hold up for pool time, but had a rarity of rain for two days straight that brought down temps. Would recommend to a friend.

Summer time gem

We loved this spot. There was plenty of space for everyone and the location was great. It was super close to La Encantada--great shopping and restaurant options. The pool and tennis court were great as well and a very short walk from the condo. This is an awesome spot for a family trip. The Vacasa property manager was responsive and helpful.

Great space in a nice community

The townhome itself was really nice and spacious. The area and community pool/spa were wonderful, heated just right for early March. I’d give this place 5 starts; however, Skyline Drive is just one home away and it has grown to a four lane highway and the traffic is heard through all three bedrooms. If you plan to sit on patio you will want headphones. Perhaps the bedrooms would be quieter if there were insulated curtains. Light blocking couldn’t hurt either. For now I suggest earplugs and night eye mask. Vacasa does the cleaning and restocking. It was clean but we only had half rolls of toilet paper, one dishwasher soap, no regular dish soap. So we had to shop for a few things for our week long stay. The last place I stayed with Vacasa had plenty of extra basics, so I guess that’s hit and miss.
