A Sunset Vista is located at The Club on South Cape San Blas offering unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico with direct beach access! Accommodations include two bedrooms and two full baths with accommodations for 4. Boat parking is provided as with first come, first serve availability! The community pool is large with a waterfall for ambient noise, comfortable lounge chairs, and shared outdoor showers. The covered balcony faces South making the perfect location for catching sunsets. The kitchen is fully stocked with all major appliances, dishes, utensils, and a starter supply of amenities. Depending upon the length of stay, additional amenities may need to be purchased. Curl up on the leather couch to watch cable or work remotely on the high speed WiFi. A Sunset Vista has all the amenities to make a memorable vacation.

The master has a king bed, closet, ceiling fan, flat screen television, and attached bath with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a king bed with flat screen television. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination (all bed/bath linens are provided).

Open living concept is inviting and the Gulf views will immediately lift spirits. The walking trail runs the entire length of the Cape making it perfect for morning exercise. Salinas Park is a short distance down the street and offers an additional walking trail, playground, bay access by boardwalk, and pickle ball courts. There are also pavilions here for gathering and grilling. Come enjoy the tides at A Sunset Vista on Cape San Blas.

Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guests length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.

Reservations include a complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

My kids and I just got back from staying at this condo, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect—beachfront with beautiful views, and the best part? The beaches weren’t crowded at all, which made it so relaxing and enjoyable. The pool area was also peaceful and never packed, which was a huge plus with kids.The condo itself was spotless and felt so comfortable and welcoming. It had everything we needed and was in such a convenient spot—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. We had a great time and would absolutely stay again!

Only issues were door code and getting in another time. Got pet hair on socks walking around. Otherwise great-well stocked kitchen. Tub height hard for a short older person

Great Rental

Overall, the condo was great! Great location, quiet, and EXTREMELY clean. There was plenty of space and the huge balcony was icing on the cake. The only thing I would suggest to future guests is to bring extra bed pillows and sheets. We had to purchase these items because the sheets were pilling. However, we definitely recommend and would stay again! The management company was very prompt and polite with all questions we had!

Great Place!

We had a very nice stay. The condo is very clean and very welcoming. We loved that it was quiet there. We were there during week days, so that may have made a difference. The only problem that we had, was that the elevator would only go up. Not down. So that was inconvenient for us, since we are older and going down stairs is not as easy at it once was. I texted the property manager. I was told that they would inform the HOA, but it was never fixed, during our stay. It was a fun week, anyway. Thanks for sharing your special place, with us.

The stay was wonderful! The condo was equipped well with small appliances, beds were comfortable, very clean. We loved the back porch, the location, the quiet beach, and the pool. Just would like to recommend fixing the heat on the dryer so that we could have used the dryer to dry towels. Also weren’t able to get in with the code when we arrived in the heat. Also the tennis courts advertised were overgrown with no net. But I would still recommend this place with those things. It was truly serenity.

Condo was wonderful! We love Port St Joe and Cape San Blas and hate that our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Helene. Would definitely love to stay at this condo again! Communication was great. Couldn’t have asked for better!

Loved beautiful Cape San Blas

First trip to Cape San Blas and it was wonderful. The beach and surrounding area are beautiful. We went to the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and spent the day there twice. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful, unspoiled, white beaches and clear, blue water. The condo was clean, beautifully well furnished and comfortable. We loved sitting on the large porch with a beautiful view of the ocean. It’s an easy, short walk to the beach over the boardwalk. One day, we watched 8-10 dolphins swim and play for over a hour, really close to the shore. The pool is very nice but it didn’t have enough chairs/lounge chairs and the overall condo complex could use a good outside cleaning. This was mentioned to the property management company to relay to the HOA. Some of the restaurants at Cape San Blas and in Port St. Joe that we liked: - Quatro Locos Tacos and Cantina - delicious! - PSJ Bar and Grill - LongBill’s - Brick Wall - best Shrimp & Grits that I’ve ever had - Coneheads - delicious hush puppies - The View on 98 ( also called The View at Port St. Joe. On Tuesdays, it’s Community Night where they have a fixed menu and fixed seating times. You get the salad bar, entree and dessert for $20pp. - A local told us about this place when we were at Scallop RePUBlic (bar) down the road about a mile from the condo. It’s a casual place where the locals go. They have lots of beer on tap and live music on certain nights.

Love this unit! Had everything we needed! Love the pool, hot tub and especially the beach! Love the fact this is a 12 unit property. There were some repairs being made to the building that required beeping machinery! Not normally an issue but it was annoying this trip!

Nicolas Sparks Stay

Upon our arrival we immediately noticed the greenery between the condo and the beach. It was breathtaking. Nature and water gave a peaceful feeling. This condo is beautiful, well stocked and quiet. Large covered balcony is perfect for morning coffee.

Would have also been nice to have had extra dishwasher detergent to clean things. And skip Finish garbage and supply some Cascade.

We were in awe of the quality of the expansive gulf view and private feel for being in a condo. The boardwalk to the beach was like walking through a nature sanctuary. The beach was beautiful. Great place

Brittney was wonderful to work with. She promptly responded to any question or concerns that we had. The condo was beautiful and clean. The furniture and appliances were top notch. The pictures in the listing were totally accurate. We wish that we would have been able to park in the parking area under the condos. The rental of the beach gear provided by New Wave was an added plus! We really enjoyed our stay.

Even though the weather was out of your control we had a relaxing, wonderful time. The beach was great and view from condo was beautiful. The checkin process was confusing and maybe more Management communication would help. Overall a Great Vacation.

Views are not the whole story

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views are incredible; the property is clean a just a board walk stroll to the beach. You can hear/smell ocean the from the deck. However, at this price point there are basics that need to be done. The minimal # of towels (2 sets per room) were shabby & worn- 1 dish towel. No extra toilet paper, & half a roll on the holders; 2 dishwasher pods; 1 tiny laundry packet; 1 roll of paper towels; no cleaning products at all. So if you are like me, traveled by air, and want to keep the place as you would your own home, you need to go to the store & buy a haul of products for a 5 day stay-when the nearest store is over 5 miles away? they advertise you get enough supplies "for your stay". not true. In addition, I was given the wrong code and incorrect emergency contact via an email and then chastised that I did not read the text I recd from them the day I was traveling, which had the correct code (and no mention to ignore the email). Apparently the system generates an "old email" with outdated info & contacts. My apologies to the woman i called who said she no longer worked there. The furniture is a bit worn & flimsy. There is a "decorative only" tall cabinet which is not secured to the wall & could tip over and you cannot use the wine glasses in it. The latches on the deck doors do not work so you need to use the wood plank to secure the doors.I might be back to Cape san blas, but not this property nor this management company.But the views are great!!
