We were intent on finding a place that was relaxing, right on the beach, and made our stay easy and comfortable - this condo checked all the boxes and delivered an awesome stay. On top of that the condo has great beachy/seaside vibe that was perfect. There’s a reason this gets 5 star reviews - it delivers what people are expecting. Highly recommend and we’ll be back.

Darling beach front property. Loved the location - off the main road, so less traffic and super quiet! Close to activities. LOVED waking up to the ocean and watching the sun rise from the balcony. Clean. Easy to check in and check out. Plug-in fragrance was too much for us, but loved our stay!

Very clean place. They were great to us, we decided to extend our stay for 2 more days and they made it very easy and flawless.It was great views looking at the water. I appreciated the gated walk in access to the property. If we ever go back we will for sure see if this is available again.

We had an amazing week! The condo had everything we needed and more — so thoughtfully stocked and set up. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and the location couldn’t be better. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone!

Excellent commodities

This rental was much more than expected!! Owners had basic beach supplies (chairs, small cooler, wagon, boards) available for use, and other small toiletry items available for use. The small things are always appreciated . Thank you for sharing your home!

This place was beautifully decorated and recently renovated. They supplied everything we needed for our stay. The views were beautiful. Loved this place!

The apartment is wonderful - clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts had thought of every little detail. We loved the view and the convenient access to the beach. Hope to come back!

TV/ internet issue with Spectrum

To change to excellent: Condo is lovely and well supplied. HOWEVER from our arrival Sat. until 11am Wed. we were without cable, internet out for over 24 hours, and inconvenienced by 3 appts. We feel there should be some compensation to us as an 8 TV in home family. Very important

Nice quiet place to stay

Our overall review of the place is great. The beds were all more then comfortable and we slept very well. There were many amenities in the condo! We were short on washcloths and toilet paper by the end of the week. We were very happy with the starter coffee and creamer. Which got us through the first night.

We are Kay and Dan Bolek. We currently live in Austin, Texas, but Dan is originally from Chicago and I'm a Texan....born & raised. We've been married about 4 years, and Dan fell in love with South Padre Island from the very first time he experienced it. I'm actually a Valley Girl from the neighboring town of Weslaco, Tx. We started visiting so often, that we ended-up buying our own place here in SPI!

It was --LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT-- for us when we first walked into this place. Even though it needed quite a bit of TLC and some modern updates....we fell in LOVE with the ocean view!!!!
Now that it's become our very own MODERN BOHO beach house, we're excited to open our doors to invite you to share in all our joy, and help you make some of your own memories here.
