My husband and I recently stayed at this property for our honeymoon. Upon first arrival, there didn’t seem to be any issues with the property and the host was kind. As we stayed day by day, we noticed that this place does have a major ant problem. We unfortunately found ants in food that had not been opened, and we also saw clusters of ants around the kitchen sink, on the counters, along the bottom of the toilet, near the shower in the bathroom, etc. The ants seem to be seeping in through the cracks in the house; cracks in the windows in the kitchen, bottom of toilet, bathroom window areas, up the sinks, and through the main door area. Our stay became increasingly stressful because we had to make sure we borderline were not eating in this place to prevent ants from pouring in. There were even a couple of ants we saw in our bed with no presence of food being in the bed with us.Below is a photo of an unopened bag of caramel corn we had as a wedding gift. Upon getting all of our things together before we headed back home, we discovered there were ants swarming inside of it. I wish our cameras picked up better quality photos, but the little black specs you can see in the photo circled on the bag are all ants, as well as a couple of ants got on my husband’s hand when he was touching the bag as well. All in all, the ants were swarming the inside and outside of this bag, and we wish we had a better experience with this rental.

It was an amazing stay and very quiet . It was super clean and functional. The communication was great. I would stay there again. The owners are super sweet and very attentive.

Overall everything was great. The only thing I think needs specified is that it is attached to someone homes. I had stayed for a week with my toddler and the accommodations were wonderful.

My stay was nice. The room was very clean, but the ac was a bit difficult to get going and the ceiling fan did not stay on once you turned the lights off.

Quiet and Helpful

The owners were such sweethearts, helping me with a door problem on the first night. Everything was quiet and peaceful, a nice neighborhood to walk around in!!

Overnight Biking Trip

My wife and I did an overnight biking trip on the Pinellas Trail. It was a comfortable stay easy to find. Had a place for us to lock our bikes up. Great experience, Thank you

Short Trip to Tampa Area

Owners are the best

Everything was clean and they were very helpful. Would stay there again. In a good location to stores and main highway. Not far from the beach. Not far from Tarpon Spring.

Private. Clean and quiet. Safe neighborhood. I like that your parked outside your door. Coffee maker needs to be replaced it took over 16 minutes to brew. Mattress very comfortable but bed frame very squeaky. I would still recommend this rest apartment highly. Thank you.

Happy in Holiday

VERY nice place. Clean, modern, nicely decorated with everything that you’d need for your stay. Quite neighborhood , 12 minutes from Tarpon Springs.
