Vacation at Lake Winnipesaukee. Family and pet-friendly. Sleeps 10+

Our home is in the beautiful private beach community of Suissevale in Moultonborough NH. Just a 5-6 minute walk to the beach. If you would rather drive there is a parking pass for the gorgeous beach on Lake Winnipesaukee.

Enjoy the beach during the day while watching the boats from the clean sandy beach.

At night relax by the fire pit in our private backyard while cooking out on one of 2 gas grills. You can also enjoy your time on the front porch with a cup of coffee or your favorite cocktail.

You don’t feel like cooking? There are lots of great restaurants in the area.

Head to Castle in the Clouds just 3 miles away, take a dinner cruise or boat ride in Meredith or enjoy a day of shopping .

Short drive to many family fun activities in the lakes region as well as the White Mountains. We will include a welcome letter that has some of our favorite places to visit while on vacation.

Bring your own boat or water crafts and launch them from the private beach. So much to do for everyone.

Our finished basement is complete with a bedroom (sleeps 4), a large tv room with 2 queen size futon/couches, and a bathroom with a shower. It’s a great space for kids to hang out or family members looking for a little privacy.

Please note: Renters/ house guests do not have access to the private beach on Saturdays from May 1 to September 15. However, the boat launch is available 7 days a week.

Linens and towels available at an additional fee. If you choose to bring your own linens we will remove the linen fee from your rental.

There is no air conditioning available from September 1 - June 15. There are several ceiling fans throughout the house as well as floor fans.

Book 14 or more nights consecutively and receive a discount. The longer you stay the greater the discount. Please inquire before booking. Monthly rates are also available.

Great skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and sledding are just a short drive from our home. Along with lots of great winter activities for people of all ages.

Rental

The property was spacious to accomadate everyone. Nice short walk to the beach. Only downside was that the inside was very dirty. The floors were filthy as well as the bath tub was left with dirt at bottom. We had to clean the place before anyone brought any belongings inside. I am a little upset that we paid a cleaning fee and had to actually clean it ourselves. The property was left cleaner after our stay. The sheets also had stains.

First, we apologize for the floors. We have since changed cleaning companies. Although we offer linens at an additional fee they were not included in your original rental agreement, we included them at no fee after speaking with you 2 days before your arrival. All the sheets are older but all were cleaned. We are new to renting and unfortunately the new sheets we had ordered for the home were not delivered before you arrived. We thank you for your feed back and hope you come back next year.

Laconia weekend

The owner let us check in early and check out late super nice. However I asked how far the strip was and was told 25 min. We were way to far away. 40 mins to get anywhere. The second bathroom broke on the second morning and was never fixed. So 6 people shared 1 small bathroom. We were nowhere near any water even though the pictures show a lake. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs but only 1 queen. Then 2 bunk beds and a day bed not comfortable for 3 couples. I reached out to owner with friendly advice and got no response. We would of never booked if we knew the home was only going to have 1 bathroom. Besides the terrible smell of sewage it was disappointing the owner didn’t try harder to resolve the problem
