Your family beach adventure awaits at this huge 1850 sq. ft. penthouse level condo! Located on the sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island, this spacious unit is perfect for families and multi-couple vacationers. Soothing coastal sounds from 3 private balconies, with the breezy salty air, are just a few of the many reasons you’ll want to vacation here! Serene open spaces and luxurious coastal vibes make this a true relaxing paradise!

This top floor condo has 3 Bedrooms (all with en suites for 3 full bathrooms), 3 balconies (including a huge 400 SF balcony). Secluded, direct beach view from the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and Master Bedroom Suite. Santa Rosa Sound views from both Bedrooms 2 and 3. Expansive, house-like split Bedroom floor plan with 13' ceilings. The Kitchen boasts a large counter top for entertaining. Balcony is sunny and warm in the winter, shady and cool in the summer.
The Master suite features a king-size bed (sleeps 2), access to the beachfront balcony, and a private bathroom with a shower. The 2nd bedroom features a brand new king bed (sleeps 2) and an adjoining jack and jill bathroom with access also from the hallway. The 3rd bedroom features 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) and an adjoining jack and jill bathroom also with access from the hallway. The living room provides a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) for extra guests.
Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully stocked kitchen! For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
For outdoor activities, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or you can go swimming in the pool! Also, spend time with friends and family cooking in the charcoal grilling area.

We loved our stay here! We come every year and definitely have saved this complex as a favorite! Beds were great which is SO hard to find, everything was updated and it was such a nice quiet complex. We saw dolphins from our balcony almost every day! We loved our stay and will be back!!

Great Family Trip

The condo was amazing and very clean. It fit our family of five perfectly. Easy access to beach with chairs and umbrellas at the ready. We had issues with the internet when we arrived but the host immediately fixed the situation. Overall, a great experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful property and met all of our needs. We loved that the unit is spacious, updated, bright and clean. The main living area/kitchen were perfect for us to all be together, and the outside space was breathtaking and roomy!Our only two suggestions would be to update your Vrbo listing to add that a crockpot is included in the kitchen amenities. We specifically inquired about this ahead of stay and was misinformed, which would have helped us better with meal planning. Also, when you pay that much for a higher-end property, providing hand soap in the kitchen, disinfectant spray for the kitchen counters, dishwasher pods and couple laundry machine pods would be helpful and appreciated. (We did purchase these items and left them for the next guest.)Thank you for a most wonderful stay!

Beautiful Views and Beach

We loved the location, the views and beach were fabulous! Only issue we had was the handle on the front balcony door kept coming off and the stains in the carpet were a bit disturbing. Still a magnificent location, well worth it!

A Perfect Vacation Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the most beautiful and relaxing vacation rental I have ever experienced. My friends and I were on a girl trip, and we hadn't been here 5 minutes before we were already checking our calendars to see when we could come back in the future! The condo was almost as sparkling as the beautiful Gulf waters outside--absolute spotless, roomy, and luxuriously comfortable. As beautiful as the pictures look, the reality is even better. The manager responded to questions quickly and professionally. Our only suggestion is that blackout shades be added in the first guest bedroom, as the outside light shines a bit too brightly through the curtains; we hung up beach towels and it was perfect. Overall, though, this was a marvelous vacation spot and we will be back!

Immaculate Condo

We came in for a family vacation. The condo itself was so beautiful. The 3 balconys and views were amazing and the decor in the condo was so nice. We loved our rooms and the view was 10/10. The beaches were not crowded and we always had an easy time getting beach chairs/umbrellas . If you go for the beach alone then this is the condo to rent. If you go for a pool then this would not be the condo to come to. The pool is super small and in the front parking lot. Other than the pool it really was a perfect stay and we will definitely be going back!

Where is the bathroom door?

Had a great time at this location. The set of beach chairs being included was a big selling point and the best appointed kitchen I’ve ever had. Unfortunately there is no bathroom door in the primary bath. I’ve been married for nearly 30 years but still like privacy.

Fresh and beautiful

We loved the condo! The corner penthouse did not disappoint! It was nice to have space to spread out as a family of 5. The renovation is newly completed and beautiful. We had two minor kinks that I feel they will get fixed right away: we were told not to use the dishwasher and the ice dispenser is broken. The kitchen is well stocked and we had plenty of towels to change out a few of times before we laundered them. All in all it was a comfortable stay and the view sets it apart!

Reviewer Comments: The location of this property was perfect for us....close to the end of the beach away from high traffic, but close to main roadways and easy drive to the Destin airport. The space had plenty of space for our family of 4 and for MIL who joined us for a couple of days. The views are unmatched! really really amazing views. We did have some trouble with low water pressure and the water being barely warm when showering. Once we reported it the property manager came over with one person to help, then had a plumber come and help. Problem solved! So, we were grateful for their quick and cheerful response!We would go back to this property if we came back to this area and do recommend it highly.

Disappointing

The view of the beach and ocean is spectacular and the unit is spacious and has been remodeled. However it loses some of its luster when you look for amenities a property like this should have. No soap dishes or hooks to hang clothes in the bathrooms. We had to buy a spatula so we could cook eggs. Try frying eggs with a wooden spatula. The plates in the kitchen can't be used in the microwave. Ice maker in fridge was broken. Would not dispense ice thru the door. Owners were aware! However here is the issue that made our stay at this property so disappointing. The fourth day we were there the toilet seat in the master bathroom broke and I almost fell on the floor. Owner tried to fix it but could not. We could not use it for the rest of our stay. When guests pay the rates charged here they expect much more for their money.

Spacious Beach front Condo

The condo is directly on the beach with amazing views. Condo is very spacious and clean. Enjoyed drinking my coffee and watching the dolphins from the balcony. It did take the hot water awhile to heat up. The bedroom with the twin mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable. The elevator at the facilities are terribly slow. There was a missing cabinet door in the bathroom and the knobs on the closet door would fall off when I tried to open the doors. Be sure you read the rules and regulations for the facilities. Lots of rules and restrictions for this particular location . If your looking for amazing views and relaxing stay I do recommend however I personally would not stay again due to the confusion and HOA rules and regulations.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the past guests who said the pictures don’t do this unit any justice, that is a definite fact! This is in every sense a penthouse suite to enjoy to the fullest. Very well appointed with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Each room with its own private bathroom is a huge plus. Each guest said their beds were comfortable as was mine in the main bedroom suite. Only downside to the master suite bed is it’s very high. Not very short or disabled person friendly but could be with a step stool. The views from each balcony are breathtaking to say the least. Also love the fact that the building itself is located on the less congested area of the shoreline so no fighting for a spot or for chairs on the beach. I highly recommend this unit. I’m already planning reservations for my next stay.

Thanksgiving Getaway

What a great week. The view is just tremendous. That is probably worth the price by itself. We loved our time in this condo and the space was incredible. The Good: The first few days I literally heard nothing in the complex which I expect is the norm. Very quiet & very nice people. Getting to the beach is easy. So much space in the condo. The master bed was super comfortable. My wife and I loved it. TVs in every room was nice. We liked the heated pool. Washer/Dryer great to have! The Bad: A family below us (far west condo/showed up day four for us) decided it would be a good idea to scream and yell on a phone and in the stairwell from about 8PM until at least 11PM on Thanksgiving. The smell of weed came to our outdoor deck which wasn't wanted. I have stayed in Ft. Walton several times and this was very out of the ordinary. We were so close to calling the cops on a noise complaint, but decided against it. Time for the carpet to go, or maybe put a rug over the bad spots. Also...different shower curtain rings...the metal ones kept coming off. The architect that put a bathroom as the entry to the master bedroom should be fired. LOL. There is no door, so lock the master bedroom when you use the restroom! Conclusion: Would I/we stay here again? Absolutely! I wish I owned this property. It is incredible. The views are the best I have ever experienced in a condo..we saw dolphins and stingrays from the balcony.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very spacious! The location and balcony views are perfect! The responsiveness of Legacy vacations was excellent when we had a very small issue. The iron was missing from the room, and they delivered one immediately. There were plenty of pots and pans and dishes for us to cook a few meals. The washer and dryer worked very well. The master bed and king bed were comfortable, and the room was huge. The condo was decorated well and there was plenty of comfortable furniture inside and on the balconies. The pool was very clean with comfortable lounge chairs and was never crowded. The beach service was excellent! Fort Walton is a family location with fewer crowds. I highly recommend the location for this reason!However, my biggest negative issue was that the queen bed was worn out and very difficult to sleep on. It created an issue for my family members that had to sleep in it. Also, the headboard above the queen bed had sharp metal edges sticking out and was very dangerous to sleep near. Also, the elevator has a very bad smell. I really like Emerald Towers West, and would stay at the property again. However, I will have to think about staying in 6004 again due to the bed situation. If I am traveling with kids or teens, this unit would be fine. If I am traveling with other adults (especially senior citizens), there is a sleeping issue related to comfort of the queen bed. If someone in your party has a back issue or generally needs a good bed, you might have an issue with the queen bed.
