Bethany Beach house on Salt Pond Golf Course

Large 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home on the golf course at Salt Pond. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities for dining in. The large dining room table seat 8 people comfortably. The screened in porch overlooks the 13 hole of the golf course. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite and large walk in closet. The other two bedrooms are located on the other side of the home. One bedroom has a queen bed and the back bedroom has two twin beds. The 2nd full bathroom is located in the hall between the two bedrooms. The living room has a pull out couch. Linens are included.

Amenities passes are included with the rental.This would include use of the pool, tennis courts and gym.

Nice home and location

Had a wonderful time. The home was great and the community is awesome. Only drawback is that there were not dressers in the bedrooms but we made it work with the shelves in the closets.

July 4th family

We started our beach trip early for the Fourth of July. There was so much traffic and it was very crowded, but this location was so quiet and comfortable. The house was clean. Check in process was very easy. About a 5 minute drive to the beach.

Bethany Beach

We enjoyed the Salt Pond community during our stay. Very quiet at all times and a good location to be able to get into town in 10-15 mins. Definitely would consider staying in this area again

Property is in a great location, cheery, and has a nice screened in porch. Hosts were friendly and responsive. A couple of minor things needed maintenance, otherwise our stay was perfect!

The rental has serious flaws.

We arrived after 4 pm per check in procedure. Linens were not available. The property manager said that the service was late. While she contacted them and responded to our complaints they were not delivered until after 9 pm and as a young family that meant no sheets and towels until the next day. We scrambled to make do. The house has three bedrooms and a decent sized kitchen and living room but suffers from poor to non existent lighting, shabby furniture (a sofa with stains and bad odor), flies and apparent mold on bathroom sink. The property had no written instructions or helpful orientation materials. We had to ask for the WiFi and password. While we were told a cleaning service cleaned before our arrival, the trash can was full of the prior renter's garbage. We were not aware that we had to take out the trash Monday morning - ie the prior renter’s trash. Even if it is the house policy to require this, is it truly the renter’s obligation to remove trash from a prior renter? Shouldn’t the owner pay for the cleaning service to do so? We have asked the property manager for a refund of a night’s rental fee but have not received a response. Please advise.

Great impromptu trip

Great communication, close drive to the beach, loved sitting on the porch and seeing deer on the golf course! Perfect place for our family with two kids.
