Relax and unwind at this darling Florida style coastal cottage just 1.5 blocks from the sugary sandy beaches and emerald gulf waters you've been dreaming about. Enjoy peaceful mornings sitting on the screened in front porch or fun dinners in the back on the deck. The backyard offers a private 800 sq ft outdoor deck, huge custom wood bar with tiki lights, outdoor TV, a Weber grill, prep sink and plenty of room to spread out on one of the two outdoor sofas or hanging chair swing.
The main house offers a cozy living room, an appointed kitchen, two bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a set of twin beds and a full sized bath. The laundry room and one of the 2 outdoor showers are located just off the exterior of the house and also accessible via the main house's bathroom. The additional bedroom, complete with a queen bed, is located in the accessory dwelling. It offers a quiet and comfortable space with an ensuite bathroom. It's perfect for those that like their space or like to sleep in. There is a second outdoor shower at the rear of the property for your use as well.
After a full day at the beach, you'll feel right at home at the Sunnyside Up beach cottage. Or if you prefer, take in one of the great seafood restaurants. 30A is just 10 minutes away to the west and all the fun amenities in Panama City Beach are located to the east.

Hi! We are Chris, Heather, and Luke, your hosts. As a Southern native, I (Heather) hold cherished memories of these beaches from my early years. These very coastlines were where we introduced our son to the sun, sand, and gulf coast when he was merely a small itty bitty baby! And yes, all he seemed to want to do was eat the sand! Nowadays, keeping him away from the water is nearly impossible. I am employed at a thriving real estate firm in Crested Butte, CO. My husband, Chris, serves as my invaluable partner, working alongside my team of skilled assistants. Chris prefers working behind the scenes and oversees all general property upkeep at our properties. Alongside these two properties, we are proud owners of an 1880s historic schoolhouse in Crested Butte that we delicately remodeled in 2019 and 2020.
My passion lies in providing our guests with exceptional care to guarantee a wonderful vacation experience. We understand the significance of taking time off and are thrilled to share these two remarkable properties with you.
