• Primary renter must be a minimum of 25 years old.
• MAXIMUM capacity of 15 overnight guests; both guest count and ages of all guests will be confirmed prior to check-in.
• Parties, Gatherings, and Events with Non-Registered Guests are NOT allowed on the property.
• Noise should be kept to minimum so as to not disrupt neighbors. Quiet Hours are from 10pm – 8am.
• NO Pets.
• NO smoking or vaping inside or outside the home.
• Do NOT leave windows or exterior doors open.
• NO Lifeguard on duty: Use the swimming pool with caution and at own risk. NO DIVING!
• 4 vehicles MAXIMUM at any given time during your stay.
• Do NOT engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
