This spacious stilt home is clean, relaxing, and comfortably laid out, offering 5 bedrooms that sleep up to 14 guests and 3 full bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, Spectrum cable TV, BBQ grill, outdoor dining and seating, and washer/dryer ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Brand new bed linens for every reservation are provided for each bed. Bath towels are provided for your convenience.
A quick 3-minute golf cart ride takes you to the beach and the array of family fun amenities at Ocean Lakes.
This award-winning gated community boasts nearly 1 mile of beachfront entertainment and numerous family activities.
Guests enjoy unlimited access to the water park and pools, seasonally available.

Amazing property in Ocean Lakes. We have previously owned homes in Ocean Lakes and rented others 20 times. This was the best home we have ever stayed. Super clean, owners are very easy to work with and attentive, the hot tub is amazing and the outdoor areas were superb. We will absolutely stay here the next time we vacation in Ocean Lakes!

What a great home!! Kathy was an amazing host the home was so clean, in a great location and the hot tub was an added bonus! We did run out of toilet paper but thank god for the mini mart!

Our family of 14 loved it! The owner was super helpful and always just a text away for any questions we had. Everything was well kept, and very clean. Loved that we had the option of taking the bed sheets home with us or leaving them to be donated to the local animal shelter... its nice knowing that we were the only ones to sleep on them!

The most WONDERFUL home in Ocean Lakes

Kathy’s home was everything we could have hoped for and more! The house was clean, completely stocked with everything you’d need (towels, sheets, seating, beach toys, ALL the kitchen utensils/pots/pans you could need, etc), and the outdoor space was literally second to none! Kathy has thought of everything and she, herself, was absolutely accommodating and communicative with any questions or concerns we had. We’ve stayed at a couple of homes on the Ocean Lakes property and will never stay anywhere else if we have our choice!

Family Get Away

We had an incredible time. We were heartbroken over how short it was. We really wished we could have stayed longer. This property had everything you needed. It was very clean. The host was very easy to communicate with and she immediately handled any questions or issues. We loved being able to watch the ducks and fish off the deck. We enjoyed the hot tub. And brought a small smart tv to move around wherever we hung out.

Awesome house

We stayed here with 5 kids under 7 and adults in their 30s and grandparents and it was a great house for all ages! Kathy had plenty of beach toys already that kept the kids entertained. The house was plenty big and a great set up for multiple families in one house. We had an issue with the lighting downstairs and Kathy was easy to reach and even put up string lights which were great. The hot tub was a hit and an awesome beginning or end to each day! We were afraid of mosquitos being bad since being right on the canal but they weren’t bad at all.

Truly a Fabulous Vacation Home!

This was our family’s first time staying at OceanLakes and this was truly the best house we could have picked for are stay. This house had a Hot Tub need I say more that was just fabulous! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub after all the activities from the Halloweekend to unwind and enjoy the views like the wildlife in the canals and the ducks,geese, turtles, and fish swimming below. However this house had multiple places enjoy the views from all the decks from top to bottom that were very inviting with seat hammocks and tables. The house itself provided many bedrooms and bathrooms for a large family. All the beds were very comfortable for all my family to sleep in. Kathy had the house very nicely decorated and it felt like a home away from home. She has great taste. Kathy is the host of the home and she and her father are the nicest people you were ever meet. She was so very helpful with how to operate the hot tub and laid out for us all the events for the Halloweend. One last thing is I loved that this house had a place to park at least two cars underneath. It did not rain any while we were there but having somewhere to protect a car is a plus during inclement weather. Rent this house because you truly love it!

Serene and peaceful location is perfect for relaxing after a beach day filled with fun family activities and events!
The hot tub and 3 large decks over the Magnolia Lake canal is so beautiful and so rejuvenating.
My home is a beautifully decorated stilt home with all the amenities of a complete kitchen including full size stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave pot and pans, utensils, coffee pot, and Keurig.
Master bedroom -first floor, queen bed, large bathroom with flat screen tv with cable.
4 Additional bedrooms -2nd floor, 2 with queen beds and access to the sun deck, 2 bedrooms with full over full bunkbeds.

Guest access gated community with 24 hour security to help keep our guest and community safe.
Express Check In is recommended to safe you time and money for your car pass. Authorized guest can purchase the express check in on oceanlakes.com

HOT TUB- all guest must rinse off sand, body oils/lotions prior to enjoying the hot tub. ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES will be charged for excess sand, debris, dirt and or residue left in hot tub.
CHECK OUT is 10:00am - Late check out fee is $25 and additional $25 fee for every 30 minutes after
*Guest Guide on the kitchen counter provides the check out list
*Additional Cleaning Fees will be applied for excess mess left behind @ $25 per hour
