5 Acre Estate Modern Farmhouse

Luxury Vacation Modern Farmhouse on private 5 acres. Centrally located You’ll be minutes from shopping centers, dining, the Central Florida Zoo and Lake Monroe. Jump on I-4 in no time, too, with Orlando, Disney or the beach just 40 minutes away. My husband and I will be living on-site in the guest house should any issues arise. We can also help bring you logs to get your stone fire pit set up. Large pool with waterfall and sand playground.



A copy of your driver's license and copy’s of all adults staying is required. I must have a copy sent to me before your check in so please make arrangements.
Security cameras are located around the outside of the house. Cameras are up for your safety and ours and are to remain on at all times.


HOUSEKEEPING/CHECK OUT: (There is no daily housekeeping service)
1. Please KEEP UP WITH YOUR LAUNDRY!
You are responsible for washing all of the towels you used during your stay, drying them, folding them and putting them back away. The cleaner is only responsible for 2 loads of laundry which is your bedding. Any extra loads you leave for the cleaners will be $25 per load and you will be charged for it. At departure, please strip beds and place bedding in laundry room on floor.
2. All dishes, pots & pans used during your stay must be cleaned before you leave.
3. Please dispose of ALL food you've purchased from the refrigerator and cupboards.
4. Please take ALL trash (Kitchen, bedrooms & bathrooms) the trash cans are located around the side of the house obehind garage. My husband will bring the trash out to the street for you.
5. Myself the host is not liable or responsible for returning personal items left behind.
6. Please set the thermostat to 78 degrees in the summer and 70 degrees in the winter upon departure. Do not se AC below 68 or you will be charged if it freezes up.
7. Please lock the home and all windows at departure.
8. Please turn all lights and fans off.
11. If the cleaner reports the house smells of cigarettes it will be an extra $500 per day of your stay fee.
12. You will be billed for any damaged or missing items. M
13. Please do not leave the doors and windows open when the AC is on as it can burn the unit out and you will be responsible to pay for the repair. 14. Do not remove televisions from the wall or unplug them. Furniture, decor, and anything on the wall is to stay in its location.
15. You will be billed for Lost remotes for the tv. $50 per remote.
16. We are on a septic here. DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING DOWN TOILET BESIDES TOILET PAPER. The septic system can easily break from tampons, flushable wipes, paper towels. You will be charged for putting anything other then toilet paper down toilets. The repair man will verify what was flushed down there and you will be billed accordingly.
17. NO FOOD OR GREASE IS TO GO DOWN ANY SINKS, DRAINS, OR TOILETS. This can also affect our septic system. When cooking if you have extra grease leftover in your pot or pan please pour it in trash or a cup then throw it in the trash. The only thing thing that can go down the drain is soap and water
