Amazing property with everything you need right there. No one on the beach, own pool to swim in, tennis court to play and very responsive hosts. Nothing was more than a 10-15 ride away, shopping, great restaurants, beautiful location.

Perfect getaway!

Beautiful property in a beautiful country! Conch Beach Villa has it all…charming inside and breathtaking outside! The amenities are top notch…tennis court/bball court - pool with slide and fountain - hot tub - cozy seating in all the right places - and your own private beach that boasts cooking winds and snorkeling in your backyard. Couldn’t have dreamed of a better location! We are booking our stay for next year already!

Great trip, super clean property with every amenity, and a wonderful management team

We just got back from our trip to TCI where we stayed in the Conch Beach Villa for 8 days. TC Villas and all of their staff members were super responsive and helpful from the start. They made things so easy for us!!! The house has everything a family could need and more. Pool, hot tub, direct beach access, air conditioning in all rooms, great bbq space, screened in porch- you name it and they had it! While the property could use some updating, it was very clean, so it was easy for us to overlook this. I would recommned this house and TC villas to anyone looking to get away to TCI.

AMAZING WEEK!!

My husband and I visited T&C in January on a business trip. We fell in love with this island and wanted to bring our family back for vacation. We searched many homes all over the island and decided on Conch Pearl. My husband said it was the perfect house for us, our two teenage boys and two friends. Sadly, my husband passed away before our family vacation. However, the boys and I made the trip anyway and had a very relaxing time. This home was very spacious for all five of us to have alone time if needed. The beach was only a few feet away and almost EMPTY! We felt like we had our own private island. The hot tub was a big hit with guys. They must have used it daily! They also played tennis most mornings along with a few games of "horse" with basketball. This house truly has everything you could ever want. While there are several things to do on this island, the boys didn't leave the property except to swim, snorkel or walk on the beach. The grocery store was very close and we did a lot of cooking in the well equipped kitchen & outdoor grill area. The kitchen is stocked with most of the basics (oil, spices, etc.) so you don't need to purchase those at the store. A few restaurants nearby deliver or you have several options at the marina for dining or take out. The screened porch was used for afternoon card games or just relaxing & reading. The gym is actually downstairs in a little basement accessed from the porch. There is no access to AC in there but was very well equipped. We used the AC in the bedrooms at night and the AC in the living/kitchen area in the late afternoon/evening. For the week, I spent about $400 for AC. WELL worth the money to be very comfortable. I highly recommend Conch Pearl. The owners are fabulous, the grounds keeper kept the property in pristine condition and the property manager was very helpful. He came to visit mid week to check on us but we didn't need a thing! This wonderful home was missed before we drove out of the driveway! We will be back!!

Our "second" visit to Conch Pearl and totally happy with house. Furniture, amenities and staff availability was fantastic. You won't find a better, well equipped 3 bedroom. Unlike some houses in area, beach is rock free allowing easy wading/swimming to fantastic snorkeling. As other renters have done, just running A/C in bedrooms at night is all you need to have a comfortable week. We'll definitely rent Conch Pearl again. Pool was very private and we enjoyed the hot tub on the beach.

Absolutely beautiful, comfortable home conveniently located!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with my husband and two other couples. The beds were comfortable. We used the pool, the hot tub, the hammocks. Loved that the Conch was an easy walk down the beach to phenomenal snorkeling, the "Somewhere" bar, the local midweek music/food festival. Customer service outstanding, the caretaker even found six bikes for us to ride! The only 'bad' thing about T &C is the wind, perhaps we were there when it was windy season but everyday it was windy. Made it tough for us on our chartered fishing trip and made for some rough snorkeling. When we did snorkel we say lots of fish, sting rays, sea turtles.

Great beach house!

Awesome property! Basically a private beach! We loved it. Master bath needs a total update. We used a/c in all bedrooms at night. During the day we used a/c in living/kitchen areas. We were very careful to keep doors closed. Cost for a/c for 10 days about $700.00. A must in August! The pool was great awesome. We did not use hot tub closer to the beach.

Beautiful Villa in Paradise!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Conch Pearl Villa with my in laws and 2 kids. The home is very easy to get to (thanks in part to very detailed directions from the villa management company) in a very private and quiet area on the west side of Grace Bay (Turtle Cove). The grounds area incredibly beautiful and lush and we absolutely loved the tennis/basketball court, private pool and slide, hot tub, and private beach access within 100 feet of the rear entrance of the home. The inside of the home was also very well appointed -- with a high end range, flat screen TVs, and lots of seating areas. The bedrooms were all nicely sized and the kids LOVE their own private room with their own TV (and Wii gaming system) and upstairs loft area. We also really enjoyed the snorkeling at Smith's reef (about 100 yds east) and spent many hours lounging by the beach. We even did a fantastic snorkel trip (with Island Vibes) and they can pick you up right on the beach outside your back door! Finally, our villa greeter (Branden) was very nice and responsive and the caretaker (Steve) and his little dog Savoy were SO NICE and tended to everything we needed during our stay.
