Spacious home located near Mtns & Downtown Denver!

Cozy and spacious home located in Westminster, CO. Over 4,000 sqf that will accommodate nicely for a large family or smaller groups! Located just 20 minutes from Denver, 30 minutes from Boulder and not too far away from the Rocky Mountains!

My home offers 5 large bedrooms and 3.5 baths with reservation.
Upstairs level has 3 of the 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths. All bedrooms are very spacious in size! Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with a 50" tv and a private full bathroom with shower/tub. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed with a 50" tv and bedroom 3 has full size bunkbeds (no tv in this room). Bedroom 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom that has a shower/tub. There is an oversized laundry room with washer and dryer for guest to use however I do not provide laundry supplies.
Located in the basement are 2 additional bedrooms both have queen size beds (no tv's) and a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

This home is fully furnished with fresh linen/towels/toilet paper and the kitchen is equipped with many cooking utensils to make your experience feel like home! There are two dining areas and two living room areas to spread out and enjoy! We ask that shoes NOT to be worn in the home. It helps keep the hardwood floors and carpets from getting dirty and damaged.

There is NO SMOKING in the home - If home is left with any type of SMOKE ODOR THERE IS A $250 SMOKING FEE THAT WILL BE CHARGED. Smoking is permitted outside in the back yard.
Guest access
There is parking on the driveway that can park 3-4 cars only. The home sits in a cul-de-sac, off street parking is very limited. There is no access to the garage. The home has a nice back yard open for our guest to enjoy. We ask that you respect our neighbors and no loud noise after 9pm. No parties or oversized gatherings allowed.
There is a train track that is located behind the home. There is no set times of when the train goes by, it is random throughout the day and night, sometimes it doesn't even go by at all.

We had a great stay! The home was spacious, beautiful, and fully stocked with kitchenware, toiletries, and coffee items! The hosts were friendly and very communicative as they responded fairly quickly to any questions we had! Will definitely be staying here again when we make another trip to Colorado!

The Perfect House

This house was perfect for my huge family! My family and I traveled from Florida to stay in Colorado for Christmas. This house had everything we needed and more to accommodate everyone. The owners were extremely nice and responsive. This house is beautiful and has a lovely view of the mountains, the pictures really don’t do this house justice !

From the check in to the check out it was very great stay with better hosts. The train mentioned only heard once in the night but not terrible, I may have been sleeping very hard tho. Great view great stay, great hosts, great view!

Just what we needed

We stayed for 5 nights, for our daughter's wedding in Denver. We had family travel from all over the US (and some from outside the US) and we all were able to stay together in this nice, large home. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen made it easy to have meals together. We rented the extra master bedroom and it made a great "bridal getting ready suite" in addition to an extra bedroom. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would stay again and the location is very convenient.

We were comfortable during our two night stay. The hosts communicated easily with us and addressed our needs. We were grateful for the safety gate on the stairs to the basement because my elderly aunt thought it was the doorway to the bathroom! Disaster averted!

Family Reunion Location

Everything was excellent. Hosts were always accessible and friendly. Only comment, for a home of this size, available for multiple families, I would strongly recommend making more than one key available (2 would be fine.) The hardest part of our stay was coordinating key hand-offs. And "leaving key under the doormat", is very conspicuous since the neighbors can see that we used that process for key hand-off.

Overall great stay

Stayed here with co-workers to work in the local area. There is a train directly behind the house which made it difficult for sleeping. There was no mention of this in the description. Check in made me a little anxious as we were traveling and still had no information until 2 hours before check in how to get into the house. The host was good at communicating and very responsive. The house was great though, very well stocked and plenty of room. We rented the master suite, and it was well worth it. The house is very spacious and beautiful. Nice neighborhood, would be great for families.

Gracious hosts-Gracious home

Natalie and Carl were very warm and hospitable. We had constant communication with them the entire time. If we had any questions or concerns, they immediately addressed them. The House was large and gave ample space for our family to stay and enjoy being together. The kids enjoyed the train and the rabbits and the prairie dogs. We were in a good position to enjoy Denver and the mountains. We were very close to all shopping conveniences. The train hardly disturbed us at all. I was a little worried about that. One of the bathrooms on the second floor had burnt out lightbulbs, but I wasn’t informed of this till the end since the bathroom had a window. Bring extra pillows and linens and towels. We were in need of this. Thank you, Natalie and Carl! We appreciate your hospitality!

Great location and large so everyone has their space

The house is great. It was very clean and was well stocked on extra's that travelers may want. The location was perfect for what we were doing. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and the neighborhood is quiet. We could easily park 3 cars in the driveway. I would like to note it might not what you want if you have small children. The stairs downstairs to the basement. (they do have a setup to block these stairs) are steep and the outside has places they can fall into (the basement windows). We had a 2 and 4 year old and we had to stay super aware of where they were. It would be great for older children with the basement. Also, you are only given one key. This is a bit hard if you have several people going to different spots. We would stay again after our kids get older.

Amazing home with an amazing view from the MASTER

This home’s layout is one of a kind. 🔥🔥Each room is spacious with great decor and personality. Carl and Natalie are very responsive and very nice. Anything we needed they provided rapidly. Truly there was nothing wrong with my stay here and my family and I will definitely be back. A place I will recommend to everyone. I was a bit nervous about paying for the additional room, the master bedroom. I am so glad I did. That bedroom does deserve its own price. The suite is breathtaking! Only thing I’ll suggest is allowing the master to have a closet. All the other rooms had closets, spacious ones too but the master was provided with none. Jack and a Jill bedroom is so cute 🥰 The basement is its own palace! And the neighborhood is quiet. The only noise that you’ll hear is the trains passing through. Overall, great experience and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Great space for family get together

The home is in a nice neighborhood and well laid out, especially for several adult family members to gather. The owners were readily available and helpful throughout. We loved the outdoor fire table and appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with coffee filters and some basic spices which made the stay even easier. Would definitely recommend.
