Charming cottage is situated in one of the best locations on the Island and is a favorite spot to many vacationers. Located in the popular Sparrow Pond community and close to all of Kiawah's amenities as well as Freshfields Village, this gorgeous cottage offers upscale furnishings, renovated kitchen and baths, Wi-Fi internet, and a spacious screened in porch. There are five bedrooms with plenty of room (3 king bedrooms and 2 queens). The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances and all you need to prepare meals. Full sized washer and dryer. Head downstairs to underneath the cottage where there is a game room set up with ping pong table and dart board along with a card table.

Take a short five minute walk or quick bike ride and you'll be at the ocean's edge in no time.(0.3mi) There are 10 miles of glorious beach to enjoy and you can ride your bike right on the hard packed sand. Enjoy neighborhood community pool at the end of your day on the beach or at one of the many golf courses.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay)to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Our Local Property Management team is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). No access available for resort pools or fitness center.
If you have the time, make a short trip (35 Minutes) to Charleston America's most charming southern City. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.
