Welcome to your next beach adventure at this fully furnished beach house located on Silverstrand Beach, just steps from the ocean. With an unbeatable coastal location and easy access to the sand, this home is perfect for relaxing days by the water, sunset walks, and comfortable evenings spent unwinding after a full day outdoors.
Step into the first floor where natural light fills the space and exposed wood beams create a warm, inviting setting. The main level features a spacious living area and a well appointed kitchen, along with a primary bedroom, full laundry, and convenient access to a two car garage stocked with plenty of beach goodies to make your stay even easier.
Upstairs, a second living area offers additional space to lounge, complete with pull out beds, a full bathroom, a patio, and a second bedroom. This layout provides flexibility for groups who want room to spread out while still enjoying a cozy beach house feel.
Outside, enjoy a comfortable setup with an umbrella, table, firepit, and seating, creating the perfect place to gather after a day in the sun. The home includes a Nespresso machine, propane BBQ, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer, gas range, heating, and a wood burning fireplace. There is no air conditioning. Parking is plentiful with a two car garage plus two driveway spaces. Pets are not allowed.
