Especial de verano 2019 (mayo-octubre) $ 75 / noche, $ 500 / semana

Nuestro condominio de Cabo se encuentra justo en la playa de Costa Azul en el complejo de condominios La Jolla de Los Cabos en San José del Cabo. El condominio está a solo veinte minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional de Los Cabos y solo a otros veinte minutos de la ciudad de Cabo San Lucas. El condominio cómodo y recientemente remodelado está situado en un entorno maduro y tranquilo, en lo que creemos que es la mejor zona de todo Los Cabos. Este complejo bellamente ajardinado se encuentra en una larga playa frente al Mar de Cortés.

A solo un corto paseo por la playa desde el condominio se encuentra Zippers, uno de los mejores lugares para surfear en Baja California. En Zippers hay alquiler de tablas de surf y lecciones disponibles, así como un excelente restaurante y bar. En varias épocas del año, puede sentarse en la playa y observar a las ballenas frente a la costa. Nuestro condominio está convenientemente ubicado a poca distancia de restaurantes de playa, un gran centro comercial (Mega) para comestibles y otras necesidades, y lo más importante a solo unos pasos de la arena y el surf. El complejo está muy bien cuidado, con dos piscinas rodeadas de palmeras.

La ciudad de San José del Cabo tiene muchas pequeñas tiendas y restaurantes y está a solo unos minutos. San José es una antigua ciudad colonial mexicana con un ambiente más auténtico, tranquilo y de ritmo más lento que Cabo San Lucas.

Everything we needed

The property was very well equipped. It was perfect for the two of us. Lots of room. While not right on the beach the view of the ocean was not obstructed. Loved watching the whales as the sun came up. While a bit too far to walk downtown there were lots of good restaurants within walking distance. We had a car rental and were generally able to park close to the entrance. Would definitely go back again.

Nancy’s condo at La Jolla was perfect for me and my husband. Beautiful view and grounds. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Friendly people. Relaxing vibe. Many nice amenities within Nancy’s condo that made us feel right at home. Highlights of our time: Sunrise views, baby sea turtles on the beach, and fish tacos at Mama Mia’s. Beautiful Place! And amazing views.

This unit is a gem! Accessing everything was very smooth and instructions were clear. The unit has everything you could possible need (I.e a blender, a juicer, lots of towels, etc). I couldn’t find anything missing that I might want. It was also immaculate and the views were incredible. Steps away from the pool and the beach. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely go back and stay there.

We loved the views, Sunrises especially. The room was very comfy and the pools were great especially the pool bar! What We didn't like was the hidden cleaning fee we were told to pay 3 days before arrival after we thought Our total was paid and the cancellation period ended. The owner emailed Us saying we NEED to leave 45.00 dollars plus 20 percent tip in pesos for the maid. I have never experienced hidden fees when booking through Expedia. Upon departure the groundskeeper stopped and asked Me if I paid the 55.00 cleaning fee. I told Him I was told to pay 45.00 and nobody tells Me how much to tip although i did leave a nice tip as I always do

We loved the location. We were within walking distance of 3 restaurants with great food. The condo was very clean with lots of space and well equipped with a full kitchen and beach items like towels, umbrella and folding chairs. We were close by the pool where we could swim and sit by the pool. We even saw a whale from our balcony. This area of the beach offered many sightings of stingrays and lots of surfers. We plan to visit again.

Will stay again

We are a couple that chose the property for proximity to surfable waves. Loved the kitchen for cooking our own meals and patio with ocean views. Nancy really went above and beyond to make us feel at home during our stay. Much better experience than staying at a hotel/resort!

Perfect Getaway

What a wonderful vacation! This was a quick last minute getaway for just me and 2 of my children. Nancy's condo was just perfect for us and the location was amazing. Easy walking distance from restaurants, groceries and delicious ice cream! We had a wonderful time just hanging out on the beach and then the pool when we got a little too warm. This was our first time in San Jose del Cabo and we will definately be back. The weather is absolutely perfect - no humidity, warm during the day, cool at night! We didn't even need the air conditioner because the breeze from the ocean and the fans were enough. Nancy was a wonderful host, very available and informative. I was nervous about finding a place to get a Covid test to return to the states, but that turned out to be an easy process to complete. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful view in a nice complex

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a great location on a beautiful beach. Close to the town of San Jose del Cabo and only a short 20 minute drive to Cabo San Lucas. You are close to the all-inclusive property's pool, but we didn't find it to be intrusive. The photos are accurate as far as view and of the condo itself. The condo is stocked with all of the necessities to cook meals in and to enjoy a day in the condo or on the beach. The bed is a bit firm for our taste, but not unreasonable. Security at the complex is excellent and is very pleasant, but not at all over-bearing. Nancy is responsive to any needs or requests and supplies a lot of information about restaurants, etc. One restaurant that I would definitely add to her list is right up the hill (within walking distance) of the condo. Cantina Sardina is excellent and priced properly. They do only take cash so be prepared. The only real issue we had was there are few small maintenance items that work, but for just a few dollars and a little time could be repaired for good, instead "fixed for now". Nothing that should concern someone renting this place. We would gladly return to this condo.

My family and I have been coming to the Los Cabos area for many years. It is by far our favorite place in the world. The local people are so friendly, the weather warm and breezy, and the beaches and ocean inviting and absolutely beautiful. My condo in the La Jolla des Los Cabos complex is a little slice of paradise that I truly enjoy sharing with others. From my patio deck, you can relax to the sights and sounds of crashing waves, and look down onto a gorgeous pool that is steps from the sand. On any given visit you may see whales, rays, and other fish breaking the surface of the water, baby turtles hatching in the sand, horses walking up and down the beach, and of course beach combers walking the two mile stretch of the Costa Azul. I take great pride in my condo unit and have made a home away from home. I visit frequently, always finding ways to improve the condo in order to make my guests feel as comfortable as possible. It is very well stocked, complete with beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach umbrellas and beach towels. All you need is your own personal items. As they say in Mexico... Mi casa, es su casa.

My condo has fabulous views of the beach and is just steps from the sand. We are within walking distance to local restaurants, and there is a taxi service next door, as well as a local bus stop on the highway above us. The unit has a extra wide deck, Weber BBQ, bedroom and living room views of the ocean and pool, washer/dryer within the unit, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a flat screen TV in the living room, as well as a TV in the bedroom. I have my own WIFI, and cable TV with stations in the US and Canada, as well as HBO and other cable networks. There is an extensive DVD and CD collection for your viewing and listening pleasure as well. You are within walking distance of many restaurants and grocery stores. The condo wis well maintained and stocked. You simply need to bring your suit, sandals, and sunscreen.

This one bedroom condo has a very unique configuration, with both bedroom and living room having beach and pool views, as well as sliders that open to an extra wide deck that serves as another 'room'. Well stocked kitchen, bath and bedroom. Every need has been provided. Guests also enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer/dryer in the condo as well.
